Outdoors and Swimming pool
Villa Lola is surrounded by a large lawn garden of approximately 500 m2, enriched with vases, bushes and large trees. The property includes approximately 10 hectares of farmland planted with vines, olive trees and fruit trees which are part of the family business. In the section of the garden in front of the house, through a small gate, you access a reserved area, completely fenced with hedges and plants, where we find the 'arrow-shaped' swimming pool, measuring 14x6 meters with a depth from 90 to 180 cm, outdoor shower, solarium area with 8 sun loungers, 6 deck chairs, 2 umbrellas. In a separate area below the swimming pool there is the laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. From the villa you can enjoy the view of the typical Tuscan countryside surrounding the property and offering postcard landscapes: a succession of rolling hills and roads outlined by rows of cypresses. The outdoor area is completed by a furnished patio with two outdoor lounges with umbrella, two built-in barbecues and children's games. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. Villa Lola (approximately 240 m2) is located not far from the farm's main building. The villa, an 18th century farmhouse that was skilfully restored preserving its original structure, is made of 2 non-communicating units, each with independent entrance, which can however be used as a whole solution: the "Terra" and "Cielo" apartments, carefully refined by the owners. All electrical and water systems have been installed recently.
The "Terra" apartment is accessed via the brick-work porch overlooking the garden thanks to its large and bright windows, equipped with dining table with 12 chairs. From here you enter the built-in kitchen (electric oven, 5-burners hob, extractor fan, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, juicer, moka and American coffee machine). Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a large and bright living room with sofas, fireplace and TV, a double bedroom, a sigle bedroom which is accessed via 3 steps, opening onto the porch, a twin bedded room (beds can be joinable) with an additional single bed which is accessed via 2 steps, two bathrooms with shower. All bedrooms feature air conditioning.
From the porch, three external steps lead to the "Cielo" apartment, characterized on the ground floor by a living room furnished with sofas, fireplace and TV, a built-in kitchen (electric oven, 5-burners hob, extractor fan, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, juicer, moka and American coffee machine) with a large table with chairs overlooking the porch. From the main entrance, adjacent to the living room, throught an internal 16 steps staircase, you reach the first floor: here we find 3 double bedrooms, the last of which is accessed by going down 5 steps, 1 bathroom with spacious shower and two sinks which is accessed by going down 3 steps. All bedrooms and the two living rooms are equipped with mosquito nets. All bedrooms feature air conditioning.

Villa Lola is situated in Montespertoli, a beautiful medieval village immersed in the countryside between Val Di Pesa, Val D'Elsa and Val di Virginio, positioned along the Via Volterrana which connects to the Via Francigena and within a short distance from Florence. The location allows to spend a relaxing holiday with the possibility of taking walks in the beautiful surrounding countryside. Particularly suitable for families with children or a group of friends seeking a holiday of relaxation, nature and sport.

Important Information
The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. Separate waste collection is compulsory (if you don't observe the rules of separate waste collection, you will be charged with Euro 100,00).

You can visit cellars and agricultural establishments, first of all the Casa di Monte farm, cultivated with vineyards and olive groves for the production of Chianti Classico DOCG, red wines and extra virgin olive oil. Casa di Monte offers the possibility of guided tours of the winemaking, aging and Vinsanto cellar. Possibility of tastings or witnessing the harvest, as well as booking dinners and breakfasts on request.
