Property Details:

This 83-sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is located on the second level of the duplex. It is furnished with a sofa and chairs, flat screen TV with local channels, a dining table and chairs and more. Due to the unique nature of the layout of the flat and the stairs, the apartment is not handicap accessible. Those staying with young children should practice caution around the stairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washer and drying rack for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



Both bedrooms are street-facing and come furnished with queen size beds and quality mattresses. All linens and bedding are provided and you'll find the beds neatly made on arrival. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The Master bedroom features an en-suite bathtub and sink. The second bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and sink. There is one toilet located in a separate water closet accessible via the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

The Latin Quarter of Paris boasts a prime location, conveniently close to numerous attractions. Steeped in history, this neighborhood is a haven for literature enthusiasts. It houses the esteemed La Sorbonne University and is just steps away from the Seine River, Ile Saint Louis, Notre Dame, and Ile de la Cité. Nearby, you can also find Saint Michel, Saint Germain des Prés, and the Jardin des Plantes within walking distance. The area around your doorstep is teeming with an array of restaurants, bistros, cafés, ice cream parlours, florists, artisan chocolatiers, art galleries, and more. The famous Rue Mouffetard is close by, offering a variety of cafes, restaurants, butchers, and grocers. Additionally, the Pantheon, a significant resting place for many notable French figures, is within walking distance, and the Jardin du Luxembourg is just a few minutes away. A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
