Beautiful and convenient location. The condo was extremely clean and had a gorgeous view of the beach. The living room furniture could definitely use an upgrade, the couch and chairs in the living room appeared far more comfortable than they actually were. Otherwise it is a great property and we very much enjoyed our stay!

It was very clean, we loved that! The king bed is 2 twins put together so it is a little awkward when sleeping, the balcony door did not lock, someone came and fixed it but it still wasnt fixed. (We werent too worried about someone coming in our balcony since we were so far off the ground.) nothing to get worked up about, everything else was great.

So relaxing with an amazing location

Such a wonderful property, great location, clean great staff, super attentive, easy walk to the beach great for family’s. The location allowed us to get to any restaurant or activity our hearts desired, the pool doesn’t close until ten so we could stay and play then go to the beach to hunt sand crabs

I’m giving our stay three stars for multiple reasons that & I will list. I did bring this up the day we checked in so management knows. I’m usually not the one to complain, but there were so many things that were NOT okay here. 1. The door code that was given to us was not correct. We had to call someone upon check in to help us and gave us a new code. 2. The floors were filthy. We had to go buy wet mop wipes to clean the floor immediately, see attached photo. 3. The sliding door to the balcony was broken.4. The accent chairs were in poor condition; we avoided sitting on them during our stay to not break them. 5. The bedding on the top bunk had a yellow, crusty stain. We had to throw it in the wash before using it.

Convenient location and clean rooms

We really enjoyed our stay at the Tidewater Condos. Our view of the ocean was amazing and the property was clean. We were close to lots of eateries and restaurants. Just a short drive to the Tanger Outlet mall and Lamberts. We will definitely stay here again.

I know this may not be important to others but I loved that they had fast elevators I’ve stayed at many places & the elevators were a deal breaker! Everything was clean & we would stay there again

Baseball vacation

We were in town for a 10u baseball tournament. The condo was 10 minutes from the main field the boys played on. Condo was nice. Clean. The bedroom could use some blackout curtains. At night with the security lights outside the room is filled with light. Even with the blinds. Kids loved the pool. I loved that it wasn’t a busy place. Never had to fight for pool chairs or for a place in the pool.

Location, Location, Location

This property is all about the location! It is so nice to wake up in the mornings and simply walk out to the beach without having to worrying about driving, parking and hauling all your items back and forth. The bathroom / shower seems to be the most updated thing in the unit. Overall we liked this place for the price, ocean view and location. It was easy to check in, get into the unit. Highly suggest going to The Shrimp Basket across the street for lunch or dinner one night! Suggestions: The room really needs blinds!!! The light from the outside hall light just peers into the room. Although the mattress in the bedroom is comfortable, it really is just 2 twin beds pushed together. Leave an extra roll of TP for longer stays (4+ nights). The sectional in the living room needs to be updated. All of its seats are sunk in and it is very worn.

Orange Beach Vacation

This was a very nice condo, had everything we needed. Easy access to pools and beach. Very close to places to eat and shop. Definitely recommend! My husband, kids and I had a wonderful time.

Rest-cation!

My daughter and I came to OB to celebrate her graduation from college. We both were in need of rest and relaxation time. That's exactly what we got. We loved this property because it was SUPER CLEAN, it was quiet, and the kitchen was well equipped for us to do our own cooking. My only suggestion would be to update the mattresses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again.

Clean room. Although property can accommodate 6 there are only a few towels for use, so would recommend bringing more if needed.

Pictures are a little deceiving.

Pro: Loved the proximity to the beach and pool. Cons: King bed is just 2 twins pushed together, very noticeable crack in the middle due to this and not that comfortable. No curtains in the bedroom and there is a light right outside the window. It's very bright in the bedroom at night due to this. The unit is pretty small so not much space to put your belongings you bring with you okln vacation. The pictures are a little deceiving

Clean condo

Hi, we had a great stay. But, like the other reviews, a blackout curtain in the bedroom is very needed. The safety light from the outdoor hallway is very bright. Also, no extra amenities such as hair conditioner or hair dryer. No, coffee filters (paper or reusable). Please make these things known on the VRBO site not just from the Liquid Life email. Most people book on VRBO and if you are flying into town, this would have been useful.

Unwind and relax

Me and my boyfriend thoroughly enjoy our stay from check in to check out! Room was very clean, the beach was just steps away, room had everything we needed and we brought extra stuff like we were told we would need. I will definitely be coming back to stay again! Very Nice Condo

The condo was beautifully decorated. Access to the beach was very nice. We love that it's centrally located to so many good seafood restaurants(Louisana Lagniappe, Cobalt, The Gulf). Being on the first floor saved time waiting on the elevator. We're looking forward to staying there again soon!

Great condo and great location!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We had an issue with one of the doors, and the maintenance team responded immediately. The condo was a great size for my young family of 3. The location was great— very close to lots of restaurants and shopping and a very quick walk to the beach!
