Se encuentra en una habitación de 250. El apartamento consta de una sala de estar con sofá cama plegable, mesa de comedor con 4 sillas y un suelo decorado con azulejos españoles. Cocina moderna totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos como tostadora, cafetera, tetera, microondas y todos los cubiertos y vasos necesarios. Incluye muchos detalles como cocina eléctrica y lavavajillas. La sala de estar y el dormitorio tienen una gran televisión plana con más de 200 programas satelitales y hay un reproductor de CD / DVD. Las ventanas combinan lo antiguo y lo moderno: contraventanas de madera locales, mosquiteras y están insonorizadas. Dispone de aire acondicionado y calefacción en la sala de estar / cocina y en el dormitorio. Perfect location near Pile Gate

We enjoyed our 3 night stay in Bozo's apt and would definitely stay again. He arranged for his driver to pick us up at the airport and his assistant walked us to the property to let us in. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was compact but clean and nice. The only thing we had trouble with was the high tech shower, which had so many handles and spigots that we never did figure it out. If you stay there, ask for a briefing on the shower when you check in!

Great location and wonderful place!

We absolutely loved where we stayed! Be prepared to wake up early at 0430 for carts directly below this unit restocking the restaurants and picking up garbage! We used earplugs and did our best to sleep through the noise! Bozo and his team were great to work wth! We love Dubrovnik!,

This property was so convenient to stay in Dubrovnik. Modern, extremely clean, close to everything in Old Town. Situated in the restaurant district, noise was very tolerable and businesses respected l residents. Host was great. Communication was excellent too and I would like to send my appreciation to Jelena for your prompt response to enquiries. Would recommend especially has only one flight of stairs xxx

The best thing about this apartment was the location, and second best was the appliances and kitchen ware. We were a bit disappointed in the unit itself: the towel rack was hung very crooked, the toilet seat did not fit properly, windows did not shut properly, and there were other quality issues. The worst of all was we had two roaches in in just three days. It was a bit loud at night (being right in the old town) but we felt safe and loved the location.

Perfect location for the old town! Most apartments are up a million and one steps before you even get to the building!! This is all on a level next to Pule Gate No better location Great apartment and quite! Would deffo stay there again

Madrid was the perfect apartment! Great location with all the amenities we needed.

Madrid apartment was in a great location and very quiet at night when the windows and shutters were closed. Only one flight of stairs to the apartment and was clean and spacious. Perfect in every way.

Center of Dubrovnik

Lovely hostess met us in front of the gate and carried my luggage up the stairs into the apartment. They also have a professional driver to meet and great at airport, both were informative and very helpful since I had never been to Dubrovnik and was traveling solo. Wifi worked great, english channels on both TV's. Apartment was well outfitted for my short stay. Close to everything, right outside are several restraunts including a great Italian directly below the apartment. Very nice stay, would return in a flash.

Cozy, well-maintained nest in great location

We spent four lovely days exploring Dubrovnik and surrounds, always glad to have this lovely apartment to come home to at the end of each day. The sounds of happy travelers wafting up from the streetside restaurants below gradually gave way to lovely silence as the night wore on and everyone went home. The early mornings were magic before the cruise ship crowds descended -- we managed to have the wall walk almost all to ourselves one early morning; wonderful! Slavica was very attentive and made us feel at home and well-cared for. If/when our future travels bring us to Dubrovnik again, we would happily return to the "Madrid" apartment for another stay.

PERFECT LOCATION AND APARTMENT

To start, Bozo's son, Ivan, picked us up at the bus station. Since no vehicles can go into the old city, Ivan's mother came out to guide us to the apartment. And when we saw the apartment, we knew we had picked the right place. She showed us almost all we needed to know about the place. The one item missed was that one switch outside the bathroom had to be turned on if you want hot water. Our first shower was chilling. lol. 3 recommendations. 1. Don't go to Mea Culpa pizza place right next to the apartment. 2. Do go to Kapun Restaurant for dinner or lunch. Their orange chicken was great! 3. Take the 2 hour tour of the old city with Vesna. She is very knowledgeable.

Fabulous Location

We stayed in Apartment Madrid for three nights in early October 2013 and couldn't fault it for location. A very easy walk from the Pile gate, no steps except to get up to the apartment, and we were met by Slavica who carried our bags upstairs and down again when we left, so no problems there. The apartment is in a street that runs parallel to the main street, Stradun, but we heard no noise at all during our stay. The bed would have to be one of the most comfortable I have slept in too. There are several cafés and restaurants right on the doorstep and we ate locally every night, just stepping outside - lovely! Also during our stay there was a folk concert directly across from the apartment so we had free entertainment one night - very pleasant. We did have problems with the hot water system during our stay and that took a couple of days to resolve, otherwise I would have given five stars - Slavica did her best to sort it out for us and we were given a very nice bottle of wine and some local goodies which were appreciated. We would definitely return to these apartments if we returned to Dubrovnik as it was just so easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go. Thank you Bozo and Slavica.

Perfect location

This property is ideally located in centre of old town (adjacent to main street so without any noise) with plenty of restaurants on hand. Building on street level which was great as most houses are built into hillside with several steps to climb which can be difficult when carrying suitcases - no cars allowed inside walls. We visited in April before hight of tourist season. Town very busy in mornings when cruise ships docked but very quiet at night. Apartment was perfect for our needs, beautiful bed linen and all mod cons including wifi. Would love to return some day.
