Great location for ski vacation

We had 8 people so having 3 full bathrooms and a bed for everyone was perfect. Down fall was there was not enough seating in the living room for everyone at one time. In my opinion this is a major downfall. The living room was so small. Its a nice place and well maintained. Great to have a washer and dryer. The dining area worked pretty good and there was enough seating. We were excited to be able to use the hot tub and it was directly across the street from the condo so it would have been perfect but when we got there it was out of order! So disappointing because we received many emails about the hot tub rules. Oh well, hopefully its open when you go because its steps from the front door. Overall it was a nice place and close to the shuttle so it worked out perfect for our group of skiiers and snowboarders.

Nice place and great location

This was overall a very positive stay and experience.The unit is centrally located and close to the ski areas as well as the surrounding restaurants and bars. The hot tub is close as well which was nice after a day of skiing.The owners were responsive and check-in was smooth and easy. I would stay here again without question.

MOUNTAIN VIEW beautiful scenery.

Very nice in a perfect location down in keystone the weather is perfect if you are looking to get out of that Texas heat the house was very nice well taken care of and left as we found. PERECT GETAWAY.

Mountain summer getaway

Our family of 8 stayed at the condo for a mountain trip. It was a great location. Drove in through Loveland pass. Went exploring in Breckinridge, Vail etc. my boys fished the river and Dillon reservoir. The house had plenty of room for our family.

Perfect spot for a getaway with friends

We had our group of old college friends stay and it was a perfect spot. The easy access to the hot tub and steam room as well as the cleanliness of the place was amazing. Was a fun walk down towards keystone to get dinner and drinks as well. Highly recommend!

Great spot for a get away

We came into Keystone for an extended weekend of Pond Hockey at the 9280 Tournament and skiing. The condo is in the PERFECT location for both, walking distance from the lake and right on the Yellow line to the Mountain House. Plenty of room for the 6 of us and we highly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful location

Beautiful location. Beautiful condo. Close to Dillion, Silverton. Bring a sleep mask if you would like to sleep in past 5am. We brought a few fans knowing there would be no AC. You might want some too if you are use to having a ceiling fan.

Classy , clean—glad we chose this

We like to rent straight from owners—this was managed by a company but did NOT have any extra fuss that typically seems to come with it—-easy check in directly at the door—they emailed the access code directly when I chose not to download DACK as suggested….the condo was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and had in place all the things you hope will be there—ammenities as advertised, paper towels/toilet paper, travel toiletries. We cooked in the kitchen faily—it was well stocked and did had 3 crock pots. The property was also very accessible and easy to park right in front in the assigned space and get in/out of the community. It was about 10 minutes to A-Basin and we also were in Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge. Thanks!

Great unit and location, but a couple bumps in the road

This was a great property for a long weekend in the mountains. We had plenty of beds and bedrooms, however, the living area is a bit cramped. While there are enough beds/bedrooms to accommodate 8 or more, there's only seating for about 5 in the living area. Plenty of table space though for a large group. The location was great. It felt somewhat private, has great views, and it's an easy walk to the Keystone lake and shops area. Here are a few things to know before you rent this one: We like to cook, but the pans were all but useless. The non-stick coating was so worn and scratched and bad enough that we bought a couple of pans to get through the weekend. We left them there, but hopefully, the owners replace them all soon. The shower curtain in the primary bathroom was gross. Pinkish mildew or bacteria or mold across the whole thing and up about 2 feet from the bottom. The keypad lock was finicky and frequently took several tries to get it to unlock.

Perfect location

We traveled here with our 3 kids (ages 2, 5, and 8) and my in laws. Everything was perfect! The condo had more beds/sleeping arrangements than we even needed. We didn’t realize there was no air conditioning (we are from Louisiana and use air conditioning year round), but a simple opening of the windows did the trick! The location was perfect, views were great, shuttle was super convenient, and the condo had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this one!

Keystone Seasons

Great condo with excellent location. We love Keystone and staying in the Seasons. Loved the place, but it could use some new pots and pans. That would be our only negative. Otherwise, it was great!

Pond hockey weekend

Overall, our stay at this condo was great. The location was excellent for us to enjoy a weekend of pond hockey on Keystone Lake. The property description was accurate in the listing; the unit was comfortable and nicely decorated, the amenities were nice, and the layout of the rooms and sleeping arrangement were great. The only issue that we experienced was the unit was not ready for us to check in at the indicated check in time. The unit had not yet been turned over by the cleaning crew, who evidently were running late and did not show up until an hour and a half past our check-in time. We were able to gain access; however, the unit was mostly unusable at that time.

Christmas ski trip

Great Location, close to shuttle, 5 adult kids skied for 3 days. Loved the fireplace, kitchen had everything I needed. Would stay again.

Convenient and comfortable

We’re had a great stay- four adults and four kids. I was concerned about the size but it was very comfortable-plenty of room to spread out. We received detailed instructions for check in and everything was smooth. The place was clean and bedding was comfortable. Loved having the shuttle stop right outside! Overall highly recommend!

The carpet was very dirty

Beds Bathrooms Kitchen were very clean but carpet was terrible. Also needs to be communicated two flights of stairs to get in the property. We are 70 year old seniors and was hard to get up and down.

Great location easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Hiking trails nearby. Sitting on the balcony listening to the river is so relaxing.

Never Been Vacuumed

Everything about this property seemed to be perfect. We stayed with 2 other couples and having 3 bathrooms was awesome. The kitchen was well equipped and the location couldn't be beat. The only disappointing part was how dirty the rental was. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in a very long time. Additionally, any dish that we pulled out of the cupboard had to be washed because it looked like they were put away dirty. In all of the bathrooms, there was only a half roll of toilet paper and a few pumps left in the soap bottles. This gave me the impression that it may not have been cleaned at all. Overall, I would love to stay here again but probably will not because they place was so dirty.
