The Casa Laura is a charming house, newly renovated, that can sleep 6 people in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms:
All on one floor, you'll find a living room with large windows facing the lake, as well as a nice sitting area with couches and a TV. Access to the balcony, which features outdoor chairs and breathtaking lake views. Kitchen with table that leads out to the side terrace for shaded outside dining. Three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with showers are located in the back of the property.

Outside you can relax on the kitchenside patio, in the little garden with lawn and deck chairs, and on the balcony overlooking the lake.

The Casa Laura is located on a hillside above the town of Stresa (2 km). It is the most popular area of Lake Maggiore, conveniently located in the heart of the lake facing the magical Borromeo islands. Enjoy a stroll along the lakeside promenade or walk through the narrow alley ways with many boutiques, cafés and restaurants. Hop on any ferry to discover the enchanting beauty of Lake Maggiore. Easy one day trips to explore the cities of Milan or Turin, the famous Piedmont vineyards, the romantic Lake Orta or the extensive trekking through the valleys behind the home and beyond are also possible.

RENTAL CONDITIONS - CASA LAURA:
Included:
Water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, heating, TV, wireless internet, dishwasher, washing machine, baby bed and high chair, garden, barbecue, parking for one car

Extra to be paid cash upon arrival:
- Security deposit (refunded upon departure): 500 euro
- Final cleaning (obligatory): 200 euro
- Bed linen and bathroom towels (obligatory): 90 euro
- Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable

Note:
- The house is located on a hillside and the entrance is reached by going up 50 steps from the street, the garden has a drop-off protected by plants but unfenced; not suitable for people with walking difficulties or for young children.
- Domestic animals not allowed.
- Events or parties not allowed.
