This spacious downstairs apartment (duplex) (owner/host lives upstairs) has 1730 sq living, Kitchen, Living room, 3 bedrooms, The master bedroom has a king bed with a bathroom; tub/shower and the other two bedroom has queen beds. The hallway bathroom has a shower. The living room have a 55in tv and the other's bedroom have 40in tv's, with streaming apps at no cost, AC, Heat, WiFi , and a washer/dryer. The backyard is the best part; The backyard is huge, fence in yard with patio and patio furniture for you and your guests, Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn Combo Grill and Smoker with an burner, your choice gas or charcoal, fire pit, heat lamp, and it's suitable for a game of volleyball, cornhole, and etc ...

We loved everything about the VRBO! The beds/pillows were comfy, the kitchen was nicely stocked, there were games for the kids, and the outside area and huuuugee grill was perfect for an evening at the house relaxing and letting the kids play. The linens were plentiful and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, we took many walks. I honestly can't say enough to great things, we hope to come back

Super lovely location, spacious accommodations, and stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. Friendly and helpful hosts checked in several times to make sure we had all we needed. Couldn't have been better and can't wait to come back!

While we had a few hiccups early, everything went smoothly once we were in the property. It's in a great spot on Algiers Point, a very short walk to the ferry. The space is enormous and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The one caveat that I'd add is that you are sharing a house, and we did hear noise from above us more than a few times.

Great Place to Stay

Host was excellent, location was excellent. Will look to stay here any time we are back in New Orleans. Got a great nights sleep, and the ferry is so convenient.

Clean and tidy. Great location: walking distance to the ferry, great local bars and restaurants. The "Welcome Basket" was above and beyond....very nice touch ! Great communication with friendly and kind hosts.

NOLA wedding trip

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. However, I wish there were more area rugs to cover the hard concret floors.The gift basket was a nice welcoming touch, and the peppermints were our favorites.

My family and I were staying in New Orleans. Our wedding party was providing a coach bus to the venue from a nearby hotel, but the wedding block was sold out. Thud home was qat more comfortable than the hotel would be. Our party of 4 had plenty of space, TV in each room, outdoor seating, and received a beautiful welcome basket with water. There is also a lovely cafe nearby we had breakfast at. Our host was also so very accommodating. Do yourself a favor and try out Nola Vibes!

The place was clean and lovely with a really charming little backyard area and plenty of amenities. I had a very small issue that was very quickly resolved by the host, who was very gracious to deal with.The best part was the neighborhood though. It's very charming with some great little eateries, and the friendliness of the people is off the charts. When I come back, this is where I'll want to stay.

We had an excellent experience renting this unit. It was out of the chaos of downtown but still very quick and easy to access the French Quarter on foot by taking the ferry across the river. Ferry runs every half hour. Algiers Point is a very cute community; clean, safe and lots of character. The unit was stocked with everything you'd need and then some. An abundance of towels, a cute gift basket, lots of room, and even a printer. It was clean and very comfortable. We had no problem parking right in front of the unit. It was quiet as well. I will definitely stay here again when visiting NOLA!

Perfect convenient place to stay in New Orleans

This is an older remodeled New Orleans home. With a nice yard to relax in. The host was willing to answer any questions about New Orleans we had.We received a welcome basket with handy items and treats that were appreciated. Walking distance to the ferry to get to the French quarterand was a nice spot to watch the New Years Eve fireworks. Nice quiet neighborhood with stores, parks and restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again when coming to New Orleans.

My stay was the absolute best! She was so easy to connect with and she had everything laid out perfect! This is my new air b n b when I visit again! It’s a store right across the street! Parking wasn’t horrible! The patio on the back was such a vibe & my goodness the beds are so soft! Plus a tv in every room! I loved it!! Everything 10 out of 10

First time in NOLA the Algiers point way

This place was so more than I expected. There is so much room in this place. The kitchen was overwhelming with all the extra appliances...great coffee bar. Everything and more of what we needed for out stay. Lots of towels which when I stayed at other only got one per person. Juana is the super host of all...we felt that there was someone to help us in a new city. Highly recommend this place. Thank you
