Stunning Coastal Cottage - Sleeping 5 in 2 Bedrooms - Pool and Beach Access Included.

Welcome to Beachside Cottage - Part of The Bay Filey Holiday Village (see below for more information).

Featuring a new bathroom and kitchen in 2024, this is a lovely seaview cottage (from the king bedroom) and ideal for families.

Enter into the hallway with access to the downstairs cloak / WC. Walk through into the large open plan lounge. dining room and fully fitted kitchen (new in 2024) including full size fridge freezer, dishwasher and other integrated appliances. Please note the property does not have a washing machine.

Upstairs the property comprises of 1 king-size bedroom with Juliette Balcony (seaview) and 1 twin bedroom with a large family bathroom with large walk in shower (new 2024)

Off the lounge area are bifold doors opening onto a private furnished patio with seating and brick built BBQ, surrounded by large, shared garden and landscaped grounds.

Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).

We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

Lovely Cottage in a great location. Loved the little homely touches that made it feel warm and cozy, just like being at home, great facilities, fast so-Fi, amazing shower and comfy beds, highly recommended and hope to return

Great location, roomy and dog friendly

We loved our stay at Beachside cottage and the property is spacious very clean and with the most gorgeous bathroom and kitchen. Bed really comfortable and close to the walkway down to the beach. Great TV reception and WIFI so we were able to stay connected and use smart TV facilities.

Great short break, with the kids and dog. House is located a short walk away from the beach. Good facilities on site. The property was very clean and is very well maintained, would stay again.

Beachside Cottage

Excellent all round. Well furnished, comfortable beds, spacious interior and good location for beach and amenities. I would suggest improving kitchen utensils like a sieve or colander, spatulas and a bigger frying pan. Would definitely stay there again and recommend the property to friends.

Lovely property in a super location.

Beachside Cottage has everything you could need for a comfortable stay at the coast. The property was clean and well equipped, with an open plan living area downstairs. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. The walk-in shower and downstairs washroom were particularly useful. The cottage is located at the edge of the resort, close to the start of the tarmacked path leading to the wonderful sandy beach.

Great cottage, great location, wonderful holiday!

The Beachside Cottage had everything we could ask for and more. It was well equipped with utensils, cooking equipment, coffee machine etc. We received a welcome pack with tea, coffee, dishwasher tabs etc. and a stick of rock which my little girl was super excited about! The cottage was clean and tidy, with plenty of space. Storage in the bedroom was great, plenty of space to put everything away. The location of the property is close by for the park, pool, arcades, pub, and walk to the beach. We will certainly be returning in the future and would recommend this property! Thanks for a great holiday.

Lovely holiday cottage near the beach path

We had a great stay. The house had everything you need in terms of kitchen equipment etc. It was spotless. The location is perfect, near the beach path and onsite facilities which is ideal. The sea views from the master bedroom are an added bonus. If we had one niggle it was that the beds in the second room are a little uncomfortable for adults but would be fine for kids but this didnt hinder in any way. Parking was a little frustrating as all parking spaces are shared but all properties used them up or parked so that no other cars could park but this is a resort issue not the homes. We will be booking again soon, the reduced price brought it ti what was a fair price, any higher would have taken it above value we feel. All in all it's a gem of a place and we look forward to staying again soon.
