¡Bienvenido a Hitt'n the Beach! Un espacioso condominio de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños en el primer piso con una excelente vista al mar. Directamente al otro lado de la calle está el acceso a la playa (a un minuto a pie) y la piscina comunitaria. Acabamos de completar una remodelación que incluye pisos de madera y pintura: te encantará su aspecto. Tenemos un gran plano de planta abierto con cocina, sala y comedor donde todos pueden reunirse y disfrutar de su tiempo de vacaciones. La terraza del comedor tiene una gran vista al mar, siéntate y disfruta de una bebida fría en una cálida tarde de verano.

Todas las habitaciones y la sala de estar tienen televisores de pantalla plana y tenemos WiFi y un reproductor de DVD. Tenemos estacionamiento para 3 autos, uno cubierto y un armario de almacenamiento con llave en el estacionamiento para todos sus equipos de playa y bicicletas.

Somos una pequeña isla pero con muchas cosas divertidas que hacer: el Acuario de Carolina del Norte, el museo Fort Fisher Civil War, dos paseos marítimos, dos muelles de pesca, Britts Donuts (una institución desde 1939), Squiglie's Ice Cram Shop y Freeman Park, donde puedes conducir y acampar justo en la playa. Ofrecemos bandas en vivo gratuitas, juegos de carnaval y fuegos artificiales durante el verano y, por supuesto, tenemos algunos deliciosos restaurantes de mariscos. ��Qué más podrías querer! Great Location !

Our family stayed last week of Aug. so the Labor Day crowd started coming in on Thursday. But, due to being so close to the Boardwalk we could walk to restaurants and avoid traffic and parking hassles.

The furnishings and decor were beautiful. Anything you need (other than a pizza cutter 😂) is in that kitchen. The location was great. I always try to leave rentals a little better than when I arrived, but this one was difficult. It was spotless! We will definitely be back....sooner than later, I hope!

Beautiful place to stay & great location

Outstanding customer service. The property manager assisted us with a few concerns within the hour both issues. One was after 9pm , had the HVAC maintenance there by 10pm to fix the issue. The place was beautiful and the location was great spot to attractions and the beach and pool steps away. We will definitely stay at a place where A1 property takes care of it. 5 star rating for us.

Much bigger than it looks in photos!

This was a terrific property for a long weekend. The property itself is much larger than it looks in the photos. The beach access is directly across the street and the pool was a nice touch. We would stay here again.

The kitchen was loaded with everything we needed to make three meals a day for all of us. The location was AMAZING! 1-minute walk to the beach and the pool. We got home yesterday and miss it already!

One of our best vacations

My family and i have been going to Carolina beach for 8 years. This was one of the cleanest nicest places we have stayed. I was a little worried from the listing about how far the pool and beach access would be. When we got there it was literally right across the street. The property managers were awesome we had a very small issue with the master bathroom and they had it fixed within 3 hours. We would absolutely stay here again.

One of the nicer beach rentals we've stayed in. Loved the stylish beach decor. Everything was as described and very clean (no stains on bedding or furniture, no dust bunnies under anything, no hair in the bathrooms, fridge and microwave spotless, etc.). The property manager was kind enough to let us check in an hour early. Future renters might want to know that the wifi is pretty slow. Fortunately we didn't have to work, but if we did it might have been a problem. We brought our own sheets but didn't bring extra blankets. Would have preferred an extra layer as the beds only have thin quilts. These are just FYIs for other renters - overall this is a great rental option.

Awesome vacation rental...spacious, clean and great location....the only downfall was the upstairs renters and having to pay for sheets and towels....but would still go back !!!

Plenty of room and close to the beach

The property was clean and had plenty of room for 4 adults and a 2 year old. It was a quick walk across the street to get to the beach. We CD we’re also able to use the community pool.

Our second stay was just as good as our first!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this condo last summer, and booked it again this summer, and we still love it. Upon arrival it was exceptionally clean! There were also some improvements since last summer including new stylish end tables, all TVs were Roku TVs, and the master bedroom mattress was greatly improved from last year (it's still a little firm for my preference, but I tend to like medium firmness and not firm). For years we've traveled with our Roku stick so that we can watch our favorite streaming services, but we didn't have to fool with that this year thanks to the new TVs, which was nice. The kitchen has just about everything you could possibly want including lots of plates, bowls, glasses, and adequate silverware. There were also 2 large pots, which were very helpful the night we made crab legs and a shrimp boil (the only thing missing was crab crackers, so bring your own if you plan to cook crab or lobster). Everything about this condo is wonderful including the proximity to the beach (it's so close!), the quiet neighborhood, and the pool across the street which our kids enjoyed swimming in every evening. A1 Property Management was responsive to messages, including when I called them a few days before our arrival to ask if we could arrive a few hours before official check-in time so that we could go to the beach until the 4pm check-in time. And yes, we could, which was nice! We just made sure to park in the middle spot and not block in the cleaners that were in the other spot. And again, the cleaners really did an excellent job! I'm the type of person who shows up to rentals with Clorox wipes and a Swiffer (lol) and I found that that really wasn't necessary with this condo. Also, all the beds had mattress and pillow protectors (something I always expect as a former home rental host, but don't always find when I arrive at places).We're very happy with this condo and we hope to stay there again next year!

Rented this condo for my mom's 80th birthday. The condo was much more than we could have ask for. All necessities were supplied. The decor was modern with a beachy feel and steps to the beach.

Nothing could be finer than to be in Carolina……..

From the moment we booked to check in and little messages or questions to the property managers, everything was clear, handled remarkably quickly and we could not be more pleased. Restaurant recommendations were fabulous, location is perfect since it’s just across the tiny street and on to the beach access. Had to pass the pool which was very clean and very full. No shade at the pool so be aware of that. We stayed less than 7 days so we brought our own sheets. Had no issues doing that. The kitchen was crazy well stocked. Even the pantry had books, games and paper products for us to use. They’re was a baby booster seat which we didn’t use but could have if we had known not to bring our own. Again…not really an issue but good for others to know. Plenty of hot water, cool water and detergents for both washer and dishwasher. We never ran out of anything during our stay. There are beach items in the storage closet for each unit. We didn’t need them but good to know they’re there. I did bring an outdoor table cover. It was just a little more colorful that way. The palm trees do offer a nice bit of privacy and shield from any raindrops. The beds and sofas are remarkably comfy, firm and supportive but not super hard where you might have back issues. Pillows were perfect and there were extra blankets and pillows too. We were able to use the bunk bed room with a full pack and play with plenty of space to spare. Honestly we enjoyed this place so much we are already holding a spot for the same pre memorial day week in 2023 but we are going to stay longer. You can walk to the boardwalk easily from the condo. Go get some Britts donuts and check out the gelato place that faces the boardwalk. They are wonderful people and have terrific flavors.
