The Neighborhood is great! However, the apartment was so loud at night. When you are on vacation, you are looking for somewhere to have a good nights sleep after full days. This place was definitely NOT that. The building is so loud, and most nights we were up all night long with constant banging outside, and we could hear every person come into the building and up the stairs!. When we first arrived, it was very difficult to locate the key. The instructions were not clear AT all. When I tried to ask for help, my contact person with check my guest told me they were not in the office! Like what is that?!?? we just traveled around the world! Would never recommend or stay again ! Makes me think the online reviews are bogus.

Owner really did a nice job renovating this apartment. The location is good, but the building isn’t. Holes in the ceiling in the hallway, and no lights, so it’s dangerous along your way down the 3 flights of the spiral staircase. Neighborhood is good, just around the corner are nice restaurants and an ice cream shop.

This is a nice property. They have clearly made upgrades, but they cannot change the building that houses the apartment. It is run down and has holes in the ceiling in the hallway. This is not a property for older couples as there are 3 flights of stairs with no lighting and there is no AC. The neighborhood is nice, bakeries, restaurants, and an ice cream shop nearby. If you can manage the building then the apartment is good.

Die Gegend ist super! Allerdings war die Wohnung nachts extrem laut. Im Urlaub sucht man nach einem Ort, an dem man nach einem anstrengenden Tag gut schlafen kann. Das war hier definitiv nicht der Fall. Das Gebäude ist so laut, dass wir die meisten Nächte wegen des ständigen Lärms draußen nicht schlafen konnten. Wir konnten jeden hören, der ins Haus kam oder die Treppe hochging! Bei unserer Ankunft war es sehr schwierig, den Schlüssel zu finden. Die Anweisungen waren überhaupt nicht verständlich. Als ich um Hilfe bat, sagte mir der Ansprechpartner, der meine Gäste einchecken sollte, dass niemand im Büro sei! Was soll das denn?! Wir sind doch gerade erst um die Welt gereist! Ich würde diese Unterkunft niemals weiterempfehlen oder dort jemals wieder übernachten! Ich glaube, die Online-Bewertungen sind gefälscht.

Meine Mutter und ich haben eine Woche in dieser Airbnb-Unterkunft in Paris verbracht. Das Beste daran war definitiv die Lage – mitten im Shopping-Gebiet und nur wenige Schritte vom süßen Café Joho entfernt. Wir fanden es toll, alles zu Fuß erreichen zu können. Allerdings gab es ein paar Dinge, die den Aufenthalt etwas getrübt haben. Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock ohne Aufzug, was mit unserem Gepäck ziemlich schwierig war. Die Bettwäsche war sehr dünn und unbequem, und es gab nur zwei Kissen, die beide extrem flach und nicht stützend waren. Es gab auch keine zusätzlichen Kissen oder Decken. Wir konnten außerdem keine klaren Anweisungen finden, wie wir den Gastgeber erreichen können, falls wir etwas bräuchten (zum Glück brauchten wir nichts). Insgesamt war die Wohnung in Ordnung und die Lage fantastisch, aber ein paar Verbesserungen bei der Bettwäsche und eine bessere Kommunikation würden einen großen Unterschied machen.
