Great location, convenient setup. Shower door wasn’t put on properly so it was difficult to use. Staircase was very narrow, windy, and leaned heavily so it’s not the safest. Listing said there was WiFi but there was none, and I went back and forth all week with the managing company and it never got resolved, I just kept being told “we reached out to the manager and we’re waiting to hear back” (never heard back). When I asked if I could get complimentary late checkout for the inconvenience I was once again told that they asked the manager and were waiting to hear back. Other than this annoyance it served its purpose.

This apartment is located in a fantastic area, The street is bustling, but that's because you have all the amenities you could ever want within a minute's walk - cafes, bars, pharmacies, bakeries, shops, grocery stores, and more, And just a short stroll away, you'll find the charming pedestrian streets that Le Marais is famous for, The apartment itself is compact, but so are most hotel rooms in the area, making it a great value, I would suggest this place to my friends and would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity,

Water was dripping from ceiling over kitchen counter, floor all covered in water. Celiing light about to fall off. Front door stuck, very hard to open. No wifi at all, a wifi code was given but did not work.

This flat was ideal for 1 guest, Effortless check-in and simple to follow instructions to access the flat, I would definitely stay here again in the future, For those who are a bit picky:br/1, The shower is small, you have very little space to move your arms, It wouldn't be suitable for someone who is overweightbr/2, The bed is a sofa bed that pulls out,br/3, The flat is on the third floor, so you have to carry your luggage up three narrow flights of stairsbr/4, There is no air conditioning, but two fans are providedbr/Overall, I found the flat had everything I needed, It is near the subway, and there are many restaurants close by, I did my laundry there on the first night, The washing machine works quite well, and there are racks inside to hang your clothes, There is a small mini-fridge, I didn't use the kitchen at all, but it seemed well-equipped,
