The location of the studio is very good, in a nice and convenient area of Paris. Unfortunately, that was the main positive part of our stay.The studio itself is extremely small, and the bathroom with the toilet and shower is especially tiny and uncomfortable. The apartment was also very stuffy, and because of the street noise it was extremely difficult to sleep.The biggest problem was the sofa used for sleeping. It is old, worn and torn, and very uncomfortable. We could hardly sleep on it, which made our stay quite unpleasant.The apartment definitely needs some improvements, especially a proper and comfortable sleeping arrangement and better ventilation. Considering the condition and level of comfort, I can only give this stay 2–3 stars.

Apartment is very tired and could do with updating. One plug socket is coming away from the wall. Bathroom is very old with cracked tiles and stains. 2 of the 4 pillows were completely stained and unusable. There aren't enough plug sockets. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed and could be amazing with some updating. Other than the pillows it was clean. Good busy location
