Our apartment is located exactly as described in the listing, between Barberini Metro Station and Piazza di Spagna, directly opposite Villa Borghese. The location, distances and nearby public transport are all clearly displayed before booking. The apartment is equipped exactly as advertised. Complimentary items such as coffee, sugar or coffee pods are not listed among the amenities and are therefore not included. The air conditioning was fully functional. The only issue was that the batteries in the remote control had run out. Once they were replaced, the unit worked correctly. Regarding the terrace, as soon as you informed us that the umbrella had been damaged, we immediately came to replace it. We always respond promptly when guests report an issue. During your stay, both the glass table and the patio umbrella were damaged. For this reason, a damage claim was submitted in accordance with the platform’s policies. The claim relates solely to the documented damage to the property and is not connected to your review. We also note that, after the damage claim was submitted, we received messages stating that negative reviews would be posted unless the charge was reversed. We believe reviews should reflect genuine guest experiences and should not be used to influence or pressure hosts regarding legitimate damage claims.
