While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach - local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!

Due to damage from the previous hurricanes, work is still being done to restore the grounds, atriums and landscaping. Occasional daytime noise is possible. The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available.

The Beach and Tennis Club is one of the most popular vacation destinations in Bonita Springs!

In this lovely 10th floor studio suite you will wake up to sunrises over Fish Trap Bay, stroll across the road for a full day at the beach or playing in the Gulf, then wrap up the night at one of the area's favorite waterfront restaurant & bars. Then you'll wake up the next day and do it all again - sounds just about perfect, right? This is well appointed and maintained studio is great for a party of up to 4 guests looking for an easy beach getaway!

Property features:

500 square feet of open, fully tiled studio space

The living area has a sleeper sofa with queen size mattress, accent chairs, wall mounted TV with cable package and sliding glass doors open to the eastern facing 10th floor balcony; the balcony has been fitted with sliding doors that may be closed to create a sunroom during the cooler months, or opened to enjoy the fresh air (the balcony is fully screened as well.)

The sleeping area is partially divided from the living area by 3 panel moveable screen. A king size bed, freshly made for your arrival, enjoys a view of the TV in the living area when the screen is collapsed; a ceiling fan and a walk-in closet with built-ins complete the sleeping space.

The bathroom features a large walk in shower

The kitchen comes equipped with granite counters, a smooth surface cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glasses, silverware, and basic small appliances. Please note, this unit does not have an oven.

Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.

All bed linens, bath and pool/beach towels are included.

Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler are included.

Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.

Keyless entry with contactless check-in and no keys to keep track of during your stay.

Common area pay-per use laundry facilities are located in building 1, 3 & 5. This unit is in building 5.

The condo complex is close distance to 3 award winning state preserve beaches including Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass and Lover's Key. Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva Island, and all of the neighboring communities offer dining, shopping, water sports, wildlife, cultural, and sporting events for your southwest Florida vacation. This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.

This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.

No pets allowed.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
