She was a please to work with and the 3 star is a mistake on that both were to be the same and I would definitely rent to her again.

This is a beautiful property with a wonderful view of the gulf and fantastic pool area both of which you can see from the screened in lanai. Despite the noise of the renovations going on and the restoration of the beachfront, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely go again.

Lovely property and condo was extremely well equipped. JIm and Gretchen were extremely cordial and helpful We will be back.

It was "good", not great for several reasons.The apt. was lovely but the living room remote for the tv was missing & the other remotes did not work for that tv.Also the deadbolt did not work properly but luckily there was a key for the door lock that we could use. The main complaint is that major work was going on allaround our side of the building . The noise was awful & the men were working on our balcony some days. The building was not really ready for renting.

Great place to stay but renters should be advised of extensive reconstruction and nose.

Love Bonita Beach Club. Should advise guest that are unaware of significant reconstruction underway and its quite noisy due to jack hammers and power equipment. We still would have rented but those unaware of hurricane damage should be advised of noise

Wonderful place for both adults and kids.

We simply loved this place. It’s in a gated community with a quiet beach in your front yard. We were able to let the kids (11years to 15) roam around with little supervision. The adults were also at the beach every day. We caught fish, saw dolphins and other ocean life during our week there. There’s dining within walking distance and much more with a car. The condo was perfect for 3 adults + 3 kids. It was very clean and each bedroom has a nice little deck on the back and a screened in porch on the front. Most of our time was spent at the resort enjoying the beach, heated pool, game room, etc. The owners were awesome and communication was constant. We will definitely be going back.
