Ubicada a solo una cuadra de la playa, esta casa de Newport Beach le brinda la oportunidad de experimentar la vida en la playa con estilo. Con 3 dormitorios y 2 1/2 baños, en una ubicación fantástica cerca de increíbles restaurantes, playas, bares y actividades.

Espacio-
La playa moderna y elegante se combina con un ambiente acogedor. Nuestro espacio tiene todo lo que está buscando, desde la sala de estar espaciosa y luminosa, nuestras habitaciones extendidas por las escaleras para brindarle la privacidad necesaria y nuestra cocina abierta que es ideal para socializar mientras prepara una comida para la familia o amigos. La sala de estar se abre a nuestro patio de buen tamaño en la parte delantera donde puedes hacer una barbacoa, jugar hoyo de maíz o simplemente relajarte con una copa de vino durante el atardecer. Lo sentimos NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS, ni siquiera para visitar por el día.
Acceso de invitado
Toda la casa es accesible a excepción del garaje. Tenemos una muy estricta regla de NO fiesta en casa. Si la policía viene por algún motivo, será desalojado y su deportación de seguridad será retenida por las multas de la ciudad de Newport Beach. Por favor lea las reglas cuidadosamente.

Ubicado a poca distancia de toda la acción que esta hermosa ciudad de playa tiene para ofrecer, desde múltiples restaurantes, bares y tiendas. Ubicado a una cuadra de la arena, puede relajarse bajo el sol y tomar una limonada o un descanso en solo unos minutos. También hay muchos alquileres de playa cerca para practicar surf, paddle surf, cruceros de playa, kayak y alquiler de duffy (botes eléctricos) para navegar por el puerto con su familia.

Fácil acceso a las autopistas pch, 405 y 55. Tenemos un lugar de estacionamiento cubierto en el callejón y luego mucho estacionamiento en la playa en todo el vecindario.

Perfect staycation house

Short staycation with some friends over Spring Break with our kids. The house was perfect for our group and the location was unbeatable. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The property is just like the pictures and very clean. Beds are comfy too! The location was amazing. So close to everything. We walked everywhere and even rented bikes to explore further out. We will definitely be back.

Overall happy with the stay. Nice spacious house and great location. Good communication with the owner. Parking is a big issue specifically on a holiday weekend. Very dirty grill and noticed 2 smoke detectors missing. Instructions for turning on tv and ac in family room would be helpful. Would gladly come back but maybe not on a holiday weekend.

Yearly Family Vacation

We truly enjoyed our time at 209 33rd. It was our yearly vacation with our adult children. The location was excellent. The house was exactly as described. The Living Room is even larger than pictured. Such a great room to hang out in. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. The house was immaculate. The “sand toy closet” was chocked full of chairs, boogie boards, etc. The host went out of his way to make our stay exceptional.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay, one block from the beach. Great for walks, close the store and restaurants. The beds are comfortable. Very nice to have while on the road. I would stay here again. No issues. Maybe grab some single coffee for the machine if you your going be be here for a few days.

Such great location, size, and quality. Even better than expected!

My stay with friends was lovely. The location can’t be beat - 5 min walk to the beach and the nearest grocery store, making it so convenient! The house itself was beautiful. Very spacious and even larger than it looks in photos. Overall very happy with our stay and I’d love to come back!

Fantastic property

The property was clean and better maintained than most rentals in the area. The bunk bed is double and worked fine for a couple. Very comfortable for three couples and a baby. Parking was a bit tough with our ford explorer because of a tree not far from the carport, but parking is a struggle everywhere in newport. We put our jeep wrangler in the carport no problem and used it to ferry to the explorer parked a few minutes away when needed. (Parking isn't really needed much- you can walk to the beach, canal / rental boats, grocery store, a variety of restaurants, and Jack's surf shop- what more could you need that amazon can't deliver?)

Perfect Spot On The Peninsula and Walking Distance to Everything!

The best location! We went back and forth from the house to the beach all day. Walking distance to Lido Village, the pier, and all other popular restaurants/bars in Newport. The place was very clean and check in/check out process was seamless. We enjoyed the outside patio, access to washer and dryer, beach towels and toys, and the open kitchen/living room area. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this place!

Fun Stay in Newport

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. The house met our needs as a family of 6 with 4 teenage and early 20's kids. The location was a lot of fun. Quick walking distance to the beach, Newport Pier, Lido, stores and restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Beds were comfortable. Only downsides: parking more than one car is a bit challenging in the busy summer months, so that takes a bit of effort, but not impossible. Patio area had not been cleaned when we arrived, so took a bit to just get that ready to use. Perhaps the owner just needs to tell cleaning staff to cover that area, because the inside was clean when we arrived. Overall, great stay and would recommend.

Great location for the beach

The property was ideally located, one block from the beach and close to the local supermarket. Newport Beach was a great place to spend the last few days of our trip around California, relaxing with that “Californian beach” vibe Great BBQ to use when we arrived home in the evening Could have done with some wine glasses and a kettle at the property although we coped with the microwave and other glasses at the property. There wasn’t any beach towels as advised but we had our own so no problem. On the last day the next residents arrived before we checked out and before the cleaners had been in, which was strange, but as we were close to leaving and they were quite relaxed it didn’t really cause a problem, not sure how this happened but could have been awkward Overall though a great property and location

Great Place. Great Location.

Been coming to Newport all my life. This place exceeded expectations. Responsive manager. Clean and well maintained. Nicer than the pictures. Beds were comfortable, linens in good shape (that is a regular problem with rentals in the area). Had one issue with an appliance but was resolved quickly. Good central location, though renters next door were less than courteous (just bad luck, nothing the owner can do about that). Parking is a pain, the carport was a must. Fit our Expedition Max but just barely. Anything larger would not fit. Really nothing to complain about. We have 5 kids from 5 to 16 years old. Stayed in more than a dozen places on the Peninsula and this is the first time I've seriously considered re-booking the same place.

Newport stay

The location of this property was excellent. It was close to restaurants, shops and especially the beach. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the house left much to be desired. I truly dislike writing less than positive reviews, and I'm hoping that they were just not aware of the state of the rental. The floors were sandy and grimy (this was before we visited the beach), the bathroom mats were questionable and one of the bedroom fans was covered in inches of dust. But the worst thing to discover as we were checking under beds getting ready to leave, was a face mask, empty beer bottle, and I guess we should be thankful someone used "protection" but for heavens sakes clean up after yourselves! We are still dealing with pandemic issues, and this really is not acceptable. Hopefully they will reevaluate the cleaning service they use, and others will not have these same problems.

Wonderful home

We loved our stay! The house was wonderful and presented as described. The layout had the bedrooms on the second floor (shifted towards the back of the property) with the family room and kitchen on the first. This layout made the property quiet for those wanting to sleep earlier than others wanting to stay up later. Street parking was on the other side of the street where the property sits allowing the outdoor patio area open and not crowded with cars. We were able to park our vehicle in the space provided with the property which was nice. The location was convenient to shopping or the beach ~ a 5 min walk. Towels and other basic items (TP, trash bags, shampoo) were provided. Master bed was very comfortable. Suggest a few more pots and baking dishes. Alex was a great host and responded quickly ~ faster than most property managers in the area when initially inquiring. We were in the area for my daughter's post-surgery recovery. Even under the unusual circumstances, we had a great time. I recommend this property!

We had a great experience

The property is beautiful and well kept. The description of the home is accurate. The short walk to the beach was perfect. Don't forget to watch the sunset on the sand. It was very special. We went during a very unexpected but very hot heat wave. The downstairs and master bedroom stayed very cool. The secondary bedrooms were a bit warm. If it was not so hot outside - this would not have been an issue. The property is very comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The beds were comfortable and the rooms very nicely decorated. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend the property.

Super Cute Beach House

The description and reviews were totally accurate. Centrally located, super close to the beach, restaurants and stores. Hosts are great, check in was easy. I highly recommend it!
