Excellent location! Was clean and very cute. The only relief from the heat was a cooling fan (which is not atypical for Paris. AC is a bit of a luxury there.) Very small hot water heater but it worked for us to space out shower timing…especially since we didn’t really care about the water being extra warm during the heat wave. I would stay there again.

Great location. Very fun accommodation and true to pics. Just a few small things to detract from a perfect stay: while bedding, bathroom and surfaces appeared to be thoroughly clean, I was a little disappointed that the rug in the main living area had several stains and just appeared like it had seen better days; some of the drinking glasses appeared cloudy like they were either old or hadn’t been thoroughly washed; there was only a cut half of a sponge for the kitchen sink and it was a long way from new — yuck. For the price, I would expect better. Also, while the shower was wonderful and the bathroom plenty big, the lighting there was very poor. I think an attempt to create a vibe overshadowed a more practical and helpful space. Be aware also that there is a very narrow, old and curving staircase to the first floor, where the apartment is located (no lift, normal for Paris) ) but not a problem unless your luggage is extra large. Otherwise, a great stay!
