The stay was ok. Trying to find this place and get directions on how to get in was not good. I kept asking how to get my code or keys and was told at the home. In the end there was an e mail from checkmyguest. If they would have told me that from the beginning, I would have looked for that e mail. I don't like to open e mails if I don't know who they are from. Then I was missing the blow dryer in the room. I asked for one and they said the cleaning person said it is in the bathroom, check again. I had to wait another day. We were on the go all day. I felt like they thought I was lying. Finally, the place was nice, but the shower was missing the knob. We had to shower with the hand held hose. I never received an explanation about this or a possible fix. It was a nice neighborhood, alive and great for people watching. I m not sure if there was airconditioner, but if yes, it did not work.

Aspectos negativos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación y precisión del anuncio
Do not stay here. The pictures were taken years ago. The furniture was all stained and ripped. Door knobs were missing. Shower controls were broken. Internet only worked in the bedroom. The televisions did not work. Worst of all, the pillows had mold on them under the pillow case. Most reviews were pulled from a foreign website.
Mold on pillows
Hair on sheets
Headboard with head stains
Broken shower control

Good location but no communication

The apartment was great as far as location and appearance. The check in process was tough. No communication with the manager. Everything went through a third party. It was impossible to get ahold of anyone in a timely manner if at all. There was no air conditioning despite my search including it. So I don’t know what happened there. They only left one key which made it hard traveling with our 2 adult kids who wanted to explore later than we did. The location was great and I have no complaints there. They could improve on communication for sure.
