Welcome to London and to Earl's Court! Want to experience this amazing city like a local and live in a sought after crescent tree-lined street in the west side of London? We wanted to make sure you are right at home here but felt relaxed and have a 5* hotel experience so enlisted the help of a local interior designer. We have used bespoke furniture and fittings along with contemporary colours and comfy home essentials.

The apartment is located in Earl's Court which is a lovely, green and safe neighbourhood in South West London, close to the super chic Chelsea & Kensington are. You only need to walk 5 mins from the Earl's Court station to get to the flat. My street is lined with graceful Victorian conversions so typical of London. You will truly feel like a local here. The flat is on the lower ground floor of a larger white stucco fronted home. You have to walk down 10 steps to get to the front door, the benefit is no shared entrance you have sole access to the flat. Once inside you will be wowed by the sense of space - the living room is spacious and has a dining table in a cosy and bright window alcove. The large 3 seater couch in the living room also converts to a double sofa bed which comfortably sleeps a further 2 people. This living area is open plan and it then extends to the kitchen area. We have made sure that the kitchen will have everything you need in it such as all the basic condiments. We have a Flat screen TV with YouTube, iPlayer & Chromecast for you to stream the latest programming. Recently installed an Amazon Echo Show (smart speaker, it is designed around Amazon's virtual assistant Alexa). The latest external CCTV is an effective deterrent, door locks are Banham insurance approved and incorporate a 'london bar'. We have a new fob-activated Alarm system.

We also have a PS5 but bring your own controller and PSN account please!

There are two double bedrooms in the apartment, a modern en-suite shower room and a separate family bathroom. Both bedrooms have walk-through wardrobes which offer additional convenient storage for guests to store all their belongings away if you struggle to pack light - a bit like me! Both bathrooms are bright and contemporary in style and one has a bath (which really is a treat in central London)! The bathrooms will always come stocked fluffy towels and all the essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap that you need to ensure that you have a comfortable stay in London. The main bedroom has a desktop oscillating fan.The apartment comes with a separate utility room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. This is a convenient and unique space for hanging clothes and ironing etc, so that you can look fresh for exploring the city or for any business meetings!

Further features include a private entrance and private space garden area at back with table and chairs for enjoying refreshing night air outside. You will enjoy total privacy.
No loud music or smoking in the apartment, this is a residential building.

If I could rate it zero stars, I would do that. First, we had to go to a liquor store a few blocks away to get and return the keys (not super close) which made getting and returning the keys with our luggage a hassle. When we arrived, there was a terrible smell of paint or chemicals. I messaged the host and she told me they had recently painted and to open a window. There are no screens on the windows so, if you like bugs, that solution works. Also, the air conditioner is a portable unit that has to stick out the window (with no screens) to work. Again, if you like bugs...you're in good shape here. The curtains were practically falling off, the entrance is filthy with trash cans, and the garden space is not as pictured (but the door was painted shut so we couldn't access it anyway). Most hosts would let you leave if they know they just painted, and the place smelled but not these people. They were adamant that we could sleep with the windows open. During our stay, some guy showed up to flush the sewar line on our front porch which did not enhance our stay. I don't think the pictures are accurate. This place was pretty gross. I was going to take pictures of everything for this review, but I lost the emotional energy to deal with it. The pictures below show what is advertised for the "garden space" and what it actually looked like. The entire place was the same story. You get the idea.

Great place to stay in London!

Great flat in Earl's Court. The check-in process is super easy, and communication with the owner was excellent. Location is a short walk to the tube and local amenities. The flat is situated on a quiet, one-way street. The flat is clean and very well appointed, having 2 bathrooms is a big plus! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms larger than expected with space for luggage and shopping!! I will definitely be booking again next time I'm in London.

Located directly across from Earls Court Station you will find Earls Court Road is just a few minutes walk away and is famous for an expansive range of bakeries and eateries, vegan restaurants and diverse restaurants.
There is a vast range of very well priced shops and restaurants within walking distance.

If you want to travel further afield then the bus stop outside will whisk you directly to South Kensingtons many museums or Westfield shopping centre. You can very easily find yourself in Oxford Street.
