It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can truly kick back.
The bedrooms are perfect for a great night’s sleep 🛏️ and each has a desk for studying or working from home 💻. The patio area is furnished with fairy lights ✨, a BBQ 🍗, and a stylish, eclectic living area — a fun, homely space for family time.
The flat is located on the lower ground floor; a flight of stairs typically leads down from the ground level, giving you easy access to this beautiful space.
For the laundry fanatics 🧺, there is a washer-dryer tucked into a built-in kitchen cupboard, plus a steam iron and ironing board available for your use.
Last but not least, step straight out from the living and dining area into a beautiful, fully furnished garden 🌿. Perfect for spring and summer, but even during London’s milder winter days, this south-facing sun trap ☀️ offers a lovely spot to enjoy fresh air and a warm cuppa.

Our standard cleaning fee covers a normal turnover. If the property is left with excessive trash, dirty dishes, stains on upholstery, or requires "heavy duty" cleaning, an additional fee will apply.
⏰ Late Check-out: £50 for every 30 minutes past 11:00 AM.
Our cleaners operate on a tight schedule. Unauthorized late check-outs delay the cleaning process for the next guest.
🔑 Lost Keys / Lockouts: £50 + cost of replacement.
If you lock yourself out and require a host or concierge to attend the property outside of check-in hours, a call-out fee applies. If keys are lost, the guest is liable for the full cost of replacing the lock/fobs.
🎉 Parties / Noise Complaints: £500 + immediate eviction.
Strictly no parties or gatherings. If building security or neighbors report excessive noise or a party, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund, and a penalty fee will be charged for the disruption.
