This lovely modern ground floor apartment overlooking the pool is in the popular residential Albatros complex in Los Alcázares, There are two swimming pools in landscaped gardens. Its amazing location puts it central and less than 10 mins walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants making it perfect for couples, families and small groups alike.

The apartment has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a main bathroom. There is a main living room with separate kitchen and a terrace to the front. The apartment has full wifi, air conditioning and ceiling fans making it perfect for your holidays.

Due to the royal decree passed in Spain reference 933/2021 we are now required to ask for passport copies of each guest over 14 years of age, together with some personal information. You will be emailed prior to your arrival regarding this. But if you have any queries please contact us.

Apartment Description

Swimming pools, and sunbathing areas

Terraces to front or the apartment provide sun or shade throughout the day.

Swimming pools are available 8am till 10pm with sunbathing areas, bench seating and lovely landscaped gardens. seating for the pool area is supplied to take to the pool, please bring them back to the apartment each time.

Living space

The apartment has a living area with a comfortable sofas, air conditioning and ceiling fans. English and Spanish TV and WiFi are also included.  There is also a dining area overlooking the gardens.

There is a separate kitchen with small seating area, with cooker and hob, microwave and fridge freezer and washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both have air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is a main bathroom with bath and shower over.

Apartment Location
