The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite bathroom, double with TV, and a single with TV, along with a wet room. Outside, there is wraparound decking and patio with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You’ll find a shop in 1.8 miles, pub in 1.9 miles, lake in 0.1 miles, and river in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. 12A Lake Escape is a delightful base for a Lancashire escape. Note: Property is wheelchair accessible.

The lovely area just north of Carnforth has tidal sands bordering the huge expanse of Morecambe Bay. It offers plenty of pleasant walks and opportunity to see local birds and wildlife in this fabulous area of Lancashire.
