Luxury 2-Bed, 2-Bath Apartment in the Heart of Kensington

Experience elegance and comfort in this newly refurbished 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment, located in a beautifully restored Victorian townhouse. Enjoy air-conditioned rooms, superfast Wi-Fi, and exclusive access to a stylish, fully-equipped space. With top London attractions like Harrods, Hyde Park, and Kensington Palace just moments away, this stunning apartment offers the perfect base for your stay in one of the city's most vibrant and historic neighborhoods.


Other details to note
- The service supplement for check-in before 3pm and after 8pm, subject to availability, is £65, to be paid in advance at the time of booking confirmation.
- The service supplement for check-out between 10:30 am and 12:00 pm, is £65, available only if there are no check-outs on the same day.

- In case there are particular needs to stay in the apartment beyond the times indicated above, please add another night at the time of booking.

-The apartment is located on the 1st floor without lift

- Only one set of keys will be provided.

- At the beginning of the stay we will provide you with everything you need.

- Additional toilet paper, kitchen rolls or coffee pods will be charged to the guest.

- Each additional change (sheets and towels) is subject to payment. The service costs £30 per set.

If keys are lost or forgotten in the apartment, a re-keying fee will be charged, which can range from £ 60 during the day to £120 at night. Additionally, if a specialist needs to be called in, the cost of the specialist's invoice will also be charged.

- There is a charge for a cleaning service during your stay. Please request this in advance.

- A travel cot is available for an additional charge of £70.

Heating and air conditioning can be adjusted manually as usual or automatically programmed via a portable thermostat to your desired schedule. Guests will be provided with a manual video link and personal assistance if required.

Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited. The maximum number of guests is 4. Please ensure these rules are adhered to, otherwise bookings may be cancelled without refund.
Quiet time after 10 pm

If you have special requests not mentioned in the listing, please confirm the availability of these services with the host before sending a booking request to avoid unnecessary discussions. You can do so by sending a message.

Beautiful apartment, everything one could need. Turn the head on the shower in the front bathroom or you’ll have water all over the floor. Great location. Scarsdale Tavern nearby was our favorite. Nowhere to acamodate luggage if early arrival/late departure.

Everything you need in a great location

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It is conveniently located a short walk from the Earl's Court tube station, Kensington, and the Natural History Museum. Lots of dining options nearby. The apartment was clean and comfortable and check-in and check-out were very easy. The host provided clear instructions and was very responsive to questions. Would recommend!

My husband and I stayed in Riccardo's flat for 26 nights... and it was terrific. The modern flat has been renovated to the highest standard, and has built-in USB/C ports for charging phones, and an electronic key fob for entry. The kitchen could use some more utensils, etc., for those who cook, but the owner was responsive when we asked for a few items. The flat is well-situated between Earl's Court Station and Kensington High Street Station. There are multiple grocery stores and restaurants/pubs nearby. The only thing to know is that it is on a busy street, but we had no issue with noise as the bedrooms are at the back. We would stay again!

This apartment is unreal. Brand new. Everything is top of the line. The beds are comfy. They provide everything you could need including spices, tea, jam, etc. It is a little far from town but worth it for the space!

Our stay unfortunately started off on the wrong foot. When we arrived, Ludovico met us with the keys. All good. We noticed while walking through the flat that the beds weren't made, but didn't think to mention it because Ludovico was so enamored of all the tech we were distracted.Only after he left did we realize not only didn't we have sheets, but no towels (bath or dish) at all. We sent a message to the host, who said towels would be brought up.Towels were not brought up.Instead, a very nice young lady arrived to clean the flat. Which makes me wonder if they actually cleaned it before we arrived.Once we explained what we actually needed (bed linens, towels), we were asked if we wanted the maid to make the beds.Um, at the price we paid for the room? Yes, please.45 minutes later, two beds were made and all was well.The next day, however, the landlord arrived unannounced and just entered the flat without even knocking.This is a serious breach of privacy.He said he didn't know the place had been booked.I paid in full for the entire stay at least a week earlier. How didn't he know?!?There is no way to lock the door to the flat from the inside to keep intruders out. We didn't feel safe in the flat all week.Riccardo said he would refund us one night's stay.We thought this was nice, but not sufficient, but at this point, we were worried they would kick us out and we'd be stuck with nowhere to stay. He only refunded half of one night's stay.We will be contacting VRBO.
