Nuevo estudio de gama alta en la calle histórica de la ciudad, presentada solo en la revista Nantucket

Hermoso estudio está ubicado en el corazón del distrito histórico en una de las calles más deseables de Nantucket, a poca distancia de restaurantes, tiendas y museos. Acaba de aparecer en la edición de verano de 2017 de ONLY Nantucket Magazine. La casa se encuentra en el sitio original de una antigua estación de bomberos a principios de 1900. 67 Orange Street fue construida por el propietario, un maestro artesano con toques interiores por el copropietario, un diseñador, es evidente en todos los hermosos detalles de toda la casa.

El apartamento estudio tiene una entrada privada, dos ventanas grandes y una puerta con paneles de vidrio, cama doble (cama plegable personalizada con luces de lectura empotradas y brazos eléctricos accionados por resorte para facilitar el acceso), baño completo con una gran ducha de lluvia con boquilla de mano, Sofá, mesa de café, TV inteligente grande, termostato personal de aire acondicionado / calefacción. 

Hay una cocina eficiente: cocina eléctrica superior, medio refrigerador, muchos gabinetes, mesa alta con dos sillas giratorias. Hay dos armarios, vestidor y una pequeña oficina. El exterior tiene una ducha privada al aire libre.

Just like the pictures show, everything was new and updated, comfortable and a close walk to town. More importantly, the owners were wonderful. We had an amazing time!

Great location- bring a fan

I would have given this stay 5 stars if we had better AC or a fan. The location is amazing, the place is very modern and perfect for a couple on the island. However I’m not sure the AC was working. We set the ac to 68 but it never got below 72 degrees and was anywhere from 73-75 at all times. We had to sleep with the windows open and I slept without covers. Even a box fan would have made the stay much better. The temp was really fine during the day but I found it hard to sleep at night. We loved everything else about this place they even had chairs and an umbrella for us to use at the beach.

Perfect stay in Nantucket

We had the best experience in our VRBO. The location was a 5 minute walk into downtown. The suite was exactly as advertised. The quality of construction and decor could not have been better. Small touches in the unit were very thoughtful. We are already planning our next trip.

Perfect Rental Nantucket

Host was easy to communicate with and has thoughtfully and stylishly decorated this large studio apartment to ensure comfort and a wonderful Nantucket stay. Refrigerator had milk, juices and a few adult beverages, all the dishes, pots, cooking utensils you could need were right there. Convenient location and extremely comfortable bed, couch, and desk. You won't find a better rental choice!

Immaculate and beautiful place. Very close to walk to downtown or the beach. Landlord was very pleasant. She met us and walked us through the facility. She also gave us updates every morning as to activities to do for the day. Only downfall to this beautiful place is if you have problems climbing stairs as the facility is below the street level. Other than that, I would recommend this place to everyone!! A 5 star for sure!!

Another great stay!

This is our 2nd time staying at Marianne and Mike’s and it was another fantastic weekend! The place is spotless and just as we remembered. The location cannot be beat. Marianne greeted us upon arrival and gave us a ton of suggestions for our stay. She was also easily accessible for anything else we needed while we were there. We really enjoy this property it’s absolutely perfect for 2 people and is fully equipped with everything you’d need! Can’t wait to see you again next summer!!!

Incredible stay! Look no further.

This studio is absolutely perfect and just as described. Incredibly clean and very comfortable. Perfect for two people! The location is great, walking distance to everything you want to do in town and on a very charming street. My 17 year old daughter and I had a wonderful mom/daughter trip. Mike and Maryanne could not have been more lovey, helpful and accommodating. We were planning our next trip to stay there again as we pulled away to head to the airport.

Perfect Nantucket Weekend

Marianne's place was the perfect home base for our weekend on Nantucket. Marianne greeted me and my husband upon arrival and she was so warm, friendly, and responsive. The studio is just as pictured and described. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed in a really ingenious use of space that is thoughtfully designed and decorated. We were grateful for the few cold beverages in the fridge and the beach chairs & beach towels came in handy. The unit is so private and quiet you wouldn't even know it was there from the street and we never heard a peep from neighbors. You cannot beat the location, just a short walk to downtown. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a great couple's getaway.

Studio Stay

We loved our stay at the studio in Nantucket! It had everything we needed and it was the most perfect location. It was just a short walk to restaurants, shops, the water and more. I would highly recommend this rental and location.

Perfect Wedding Weekend

We very much enjoyed a beautiful weekend on Nantucket to attend a friend's wedding. The clean and crisp studio apartment is just enough for two people, and is close enough to walk to the center of town, although we noted that it was a tiny bit "uphill" both ways (LOL).

The home is on the original site of an old firehouse back in early 1900’s. The Orange Street studio was built by the owner, a master craftsman with interior touches by the co-owner, a designer, is evident in all of the beautiful details throughout the house.
