Great location

Right on wharf in middle of it all. Good for 1 couple to stay. Watch your head in upstairs bedroom. Be prepared for an active environment with retail stores and restaurants getting delivery at early hours. Great host. Very responsive

Adorable, cozy in-town hideaway

This is one of the most pleasant, tastefully decorated and well equipped condos I’ve ever stayed in. The location was amazing, and it had everything you could possibly need. It was comfortable and cozy and so convenient. Communication was excellent. All was as described, except for a mistake in the posting regarding parking: There is no dedicated or on-site parking. When we arrived, and throughout the busy weekend, street parking was tough to find. If you have a car, finding parking will be a challenge. Even knowing this, we would definitely come back!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this adorable property right in the heart of Nantucket harbor. The condo was very clean, well furnished and comfortable! The best part, the location!!

Private Spot in the Middle of It All!

Our stay at Nancy's condo was fabulous! We had never stayed in the heart of town before and were excited to be so close to shopping and restaurants. The location was perfect, and surprisingly private and quiet despite being steps from all that downtown has to offer. The condo was spotless, and Nancy filled us in on everything we needed to know about our stay. We even arrived to a bouquet of flowers for our anniversary! Everything was as shown as-is in the listing, and we’d be happy to return for future stays!

Great condo & great location

Nancy’s place was terrific! The condo was clean, furnished very nice with great artwork throughout. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Location is stellar, just a few minute walk from the Hyline ferry & walkable to everything downtown has to offer. We’ll definitely stay there again.

Can't beat the location and cottage was excellent

Nancy is a super host. Fantastic cottage and impossible to beat the location. The old north wharf is walking distance to everything in town (including the ferry). Relaxing cottage that worked perfectly for a wedding anniversary getaway with my wife. Very happy all around and great experience. Thanks Nancy for an excellent trip.

Perfect!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend which was also my husband's birthday. It could not have been better! It is by far the best well equipped place we have ever stayed right down to the champagne glasses. When you are traveling on the ferry, it is so important to have a place that has everything. The condo was beautifully decorated with an extensive art collection that we admired. We were surrounded by the natural beauty of Nantucket on the outside and carefully selected artwork on the inside. Thank you!

The property is excellent for a couple. It is conveniently located to EVERYTHING in town. Literally just steps from the HyLine ferry. Everything we needed was provided in the condo. We loved the place. Cannot wait to rebook!

Absolutely LOVED our stay!

The location of this property made it easy to access restaurants, the ferry, the car rental agency and several ice cream spots. 😁 It was very quiet even though it was located near the Main Street. Would definitely stay again!

Immaculate cottage close to the Wharf

This is a great place to stay in Nantucket. it is close to everything and cozy with lots of Nantucket charm. We will definately stay here again. The only minor point is the outside shot of the cottage. It is not on the water as the picture seems to show. it is actually the building behind on the second floor. Certainly not a deal breaker by any standard, but worth mentioning
