lovely house

we had a great time...even in the rain storm house was exciting to stay...visited nuraghi and flamingos and boat trip with Juani...highly recommended...with diving off the boat.

We had a great time at Liliana's place! Felt like we had a house to ourselves even though the host lived on the second floor. Spacious with three good bedrooms with good beds. 2 good bathrooms. Practical kitchen with what you need. Lovely to be able to sit out on the terrace and eat and socialize in the evenings. Wonderful outdoor environment with a nice view. Not far from shops, restaurants and nice beaches. But a car is a must. Well-kept and beautiful garden. The pool was a haven on the hottest days. Good depth and well maintained. The sunbeds made it extra nice to be by the pool. There is a high risk that we will come back again

Lovely family holiday

The property is exactly as described, if not better! Spacious, well equipped with an amazing private pool. It is set at the end of a quiet road that has amazing views over the valley. Bedding and towels are provided (for a small cost on arrival). All rooms have air con which is essential in the summer heat. There is a good supermarket and restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. Although hiring a car is recommended to be able to get around. The property is close to plenty of beautiful beaches but none within walking distance, so a car gives you the freedom to explore.

Wonderful house

House is last on the street, no noise or traffic. Inside is big and spacefull and you really have everything you need. Big rooms and 2 bathrooms, big livingroom, kitchen, outside terass where you have the view overlooking the garden, pool and sea infront. Garden and the pool are awesome. Big pool where you can enjoy playing and swimming. We stayed with 4 kids, teenagers and they loved it. It looks even much better then on the picture. The owner is really helpfull and nice and have a lot of information what you can visit. Easy check in/out. Best place we stayed at and when we go back we defintly gonna rent the house again.

Fortnights Holiday

Having been delayed we arrived later than expected. We were met at the property. Sadly you cannot drink the water and none was provided. Too late to shop. A comfortable, quite basic property. Beautiful pool and garden although no shade. A few power cuts. Not close to very much and therefore a car is definitely needed.

Das Haus war sauber. Jedoch sind die Bäder sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ebenso das Kücheninventar, wie Pfannen und Schneidebretter sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Punkten tut die Unterkunft mit dem hervorragenden Pool. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war einwandfrei, sie war jederzeit herzlich und erreichbar.

Sehr schönes Haus, tolle, ruhige, zentrale Lage. Schöner Blick aufs Meer, sehr schöner Pool und Garten, bequeme Liegen, schöne Loggia, guter Grill, bequeme Betten, gute Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern, Gastgeberin sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, Kommunikation mit ihr (englisch ) war fabelhaft. Cagliari und Strände sind nicht weit entfernt, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, haben uns stets sicher gefühlt, noch bessere wäre, wenn die Küche einen Geschirrspüler hätte und die Schlafzimmerfenster Moskitonetze , dann hätte man nachts bei offenem Fenster ohne Klimaanlage und ohne Mücken schlafen können. Ansonsten war alles einfach wunderbar.

La propriétaire qui vit en dessus est tres agreable et serviable.prend soin de ses hôtes .En bemol ....ancienneté des 2 douches,l etat des matelas a changer et pas mal de bruits la nuit.

Unfortunately the water is not drinkable hence the state of the bathrooms...The bathrooms are regularly cleaned by a cleaning lady. The noise comes from Poetto beach...especially in August...there are many kiosks with music and dancing. Me as an owner I do my best to look after clients...Sofie was given inflatable mattress and rackets....and also...although she paid for 5 persons only I included...free of charge...extra bed sheets. I am surprised by 4 star rating and feel sad and disappointed.... The kitchen is extremely well equipped....the pool is being cleaned every single day...

Huis heeft een fijn zwembad en er is genoeg ruimte. Badkamers erg vies met schimmel in de douche. Eigenaar veel te veel in het zicht en komt voor ieder ding aanzetten voor niets. Is een inbreuk op privacy. Dit als zeer onprettig ervaren. Bij eigenaar aangegeven maar er was geen verandering.

Urlaub 24

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt das Haus war toll viel Platz gehabt. Den Pool haben wir auch genossen Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat gut geklappt. Um überall hinzukommen braucht man ein Auto. Es war in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub und jeder Zeit wieder.

Unterkunft ok

Die Unterkunft war ok, super fanden wir den grossen Patio, aber das Inventar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es wären neuen Badezimmerarmaturen fällig und die Duschwannen müssten ebenfalls erneuert werden ausserdem sind die Holzbretter und Bestecke in der Küche schimmlig. Ansonsten war es sauber geputzt. Die Gastgeberin war etwas schräg drauf.

Geniale Lage, schönes Anwesen....

Wir waren eine 4 Personen Gruppe und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. In unmittelbarer Nähe (2-4km) sind Supermärkte und man kommt leicht in Richtung Cagliari und in den Süden sowie Osten mit den schönsten Stränden. Das Erdgeschoß Apartment ist sehr zu empfehlen...

THIRD Time Back Again

Lovely Accommodating and Helpful Hosts Beautifully kept Villa, Pool and Gardens. Within 30 mins drive to stunning beaches in including Spiaggia di Solanas, Kala 'e Moru and Spiaggia Stella Di Mare. And many many more stunning beaches further afield. Choice of many v. good local restaurants within a short drive. Hopefully see you again in 2023!

Sehr gute Unterkunft, sehr nette Vermieter

Die Vermieter wohnen oben im Haus, sind aber fast nie zu sehen gewesen. Für Hilfe sind sie immer per WhatsApp schnell und gerne verfügbar gewesen. Das Haus war super und sehr sauber und alles hat funktioniert. Die Gegend selbst ist nicht soooo schön, aber alles ist mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung ! Für ne uns genau das Richtige :-) Herrlicher Pool im tollen Garten :-) Aussicht aufs Meer ! Erwähnenswert: man braucht unbedingt ein Auto ! Sehr sehr liebe Gastgeberin ! Wir kommen wieder ❤️

Schönes Haus und Garten, aber ungepflegt

Leider waren wir die ersten Gäste in diesem Jahr (April 2022) und haben dadurch alle Winter- und Vorjahresmängel abbekommen. Vor allem die Bäder waren teilweise unhygienisch (Abfluss im Waschbecken mit Haaren aus dem Vorjahr verstopft,....). Liliana und Emanuele waren sehr bemüht Mängel, die wir moniert hatten, rasch zu beheben. Auch ein Wasserleitungsbruch (das ganze Erdgeschoss stand 5 cm unter Wasser) und alle durch die Überschwemmung entstandenen Schäden wurden so rasch und kulant wie möglich behoben. Ein eigenes Auto ist bei dieser Lage unbedingt notwendig (aber das wußten wir im Voraus). Garten und Pool super, aber im April natürlich noch sehr kalt. Annemarie und Franz Resatz

Lovely villa

We were in need of a restful holiday and this suited us perfectly. We loved the pool. Lili was so helpful and responded quickly to any request. It was lovely to eat outside any time we wanted. We would have appreciated a dishwasher but not a problem for just 2 of us. Plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. The location was very peaceful being at the end of a no through road. Quite a long drive to a good beach but worth it - the sea is stunning and so clear.

Sardinian Perfection

Fantastic accommodation with all amenities and a lovely swimming pool, close to shops, bars and beaches. Liliana is a perfect hostess who is mindful of your needs without imposing on your privacy and helped us with restaurant and golf bookings as well as advice on best beaches etc. 5 star experience highly recommended.

Beautifull house with great pool

We had a very nice stay in this wonderfull house. The swimmingpool is great. The owner Liliana was very helpfull with giving us information about the area while she respected our privacy We will definately recommend this house!
