Brenda was very helpful when we were lost trying to check in. Tip---listen to the GPS when you pull in the little parking lot, walk around to the north and there is an entry to the property. It was a little confusing when we first go there but may have just been my exhaustion. Very nice property, well-equipped with a nice view. Well worth the price.

My second time staying at this unit and I'll probably be back next year. The view is great and it's a quiet location for being so close to the beach and strand. The cutting board that I found was very small, but it's possible I overlooked a larger one; the unit is well stocked and has lots of beach toys too. Really enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend if planning on a visit to Oceanside. We plan to come visit again and will definitely stay at North Coast Village.

Enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic location. Great amenities. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Enjoyed watching the ocean and sunsets from the balcony. TV had buffering issues. Kitchen cabinets could use a deep clean, as well as the rugs. Would stay again.

The view from the balcony was fabulous. Sitting out there and watching the waves or the sunset is my new favorite place on earth.

Perfect for families

This place did not disappoint. We loved our stay. It was cozy, safe, well equipped with what we needed. Loved waking up listening to the beach every morning and watching the surfers.

Amazing Place!

This was such a great place to stay! Steps from the beach with awesome views! It was clean and organized with just about everything we needed. We loved that there were beach toys, an umbrella, and a wagon to carry it all with. Check in and out were very easy, too. An easy drive to San Diego and an easy walk to the pier and the harbor. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation

Loved the condo! Very well stocked in the kitchen, felt very safe, loved the assigned parking space. Very close to harbor and beach! The balcony is amazing and the view was breathtaking. Will definitely book this place again! Thank you for an awesome vacation!

Great getaway!!

We had a great time in Oceanside, even though the weather was a little cool. The condo was great (included all the comforts of home), close to the ocean and within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you so much.

Booked a month ahead at high season rates. Note on door when we arrive dated 2 days after we booked and paid in full no power or water next day all day. Mgr said didn’t know. 3 of 4 days limited access due to painting bldg, pool closed, no water half day. One day partial refund Beware.

Great location!!

This condo is literally 40 steps from the beach once you get out of the building. The beach is clean and so much fun. The condo was good for a family of four- we saved so much money by just eating breakfast everyday- they give you a list of the local grocery stores which was also very helpful. Called the host once since the screen door was not working... she just told us to gently put it on the track... even with doing that it came off so so easily. It just really needs to be replaced. The tv in the bedroom also did not have volume that worked... we did not contact her about that, but hopefully that gets fixed. Overall pretty clean and a nice place to stay for a weekend getaway.

Family vacation

Two adults and 1 teenager fit comfortably in this condo for a 4 night 5 day vacation while attending a sporting event at near by sportsplex. The king bed is incredibly comfortable and the pull out couch in the living room worked well for our teenager. To access the bathroom from the living room, you walk through the master bedroom. There was a rollaway twin “cot” and pak n play in the closet if needed. The condo is well equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, towels, wagon, cooler, fan and more. We enjoyed the larger pool in the central part of the complex in addition to the smaller pool and hot tub located in the A building where this is located. You can be in the ocean waves just minutes from the building exit. Just a 10 min walk to the pier to enjoy watching surfers and to photograph the sunset. I gave 4 out of 5 stars for cleanliness because the base boards were dusty/dirty but our overall experience in this unit was terrific. Oceanside was very crowded over the weekend and cleared out by Monday morning. If you want to explore this part of the California coast, this unit will not disappoint.

Horrible Experience

There was a open fire pit inside the home and it had small candle size flame. Property owner never conveyed this to us, even when I mentioned we have infant. We checked in late night and So we hit the bed immediately without checking anything. Next day morning when we were in kitchen, my 1 year old daughter crawled and touched the flaming gas fire directly with her finger. When we rushed to emergency, the first question was how come there was a open fire pit inside the house. The property owner could have warned or conveyed us this before we checkin. Our total vacation mood screwed and our baby is still suffering with the wound. When I post this message, it's already 2 weeks from the day incident happened. I would advice stay away from this home if you have an infant.

At no point did this guest say anything to me about this incident. This is the first I am hearing about it. The fireplace has a pilot flame, since it is a gas fireplace. I have never had anyone have an incident like this. I hope everything is okay. It would’ve been nice to know something happened so proper arrangements could’ve been made. So sorry for something happening to your child. Guest put down they had one child, but never mentioned it was an infant.
