Lakefront Family Fun en Wolfeboro!

Ubicado en el brillante Crescent Lake de una milla con fácil acceso en kayak al hermoso lago Wentworth. Disfruta de una playa de arena, un gran muelle, sol o sombra (¡tú eliges!), gran pequeño embarcadero de pesca, hamaca escondida, patio de césped que conduce a la costa. Diversión para juegos de césped y barbacoas.

La casa incluye un dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio y vista al lago; una habitación con literas de dos camas; una habitación con dos camas individuales (que se pueden convertir en una cama king-size) y vista al lago; Dos sofás cama tamaño queen que se pueden utilizar para alojar cómodamente hasta 4 personas más.

Cocina abierta, sala de estar comedor y terraza acristalada separada se encuentran en el piso principal. El nivel inferior tiene medio baño, sala familiar, control deslizante de salida completa al patio y al lago. Es una gran suite.

La proximidad a Cotton Valley Rail Trail ofrece un hermoso paseo natural de una milla y media hasta los muelles y servicios de la ciudad de Wolfeboro. Excelentes restaurantes y tiendas justo en el lago Winnipesaukee. Esta casa única ofrece 4 estaciones de diversión como lo desee. Los árboles perimetrales de arce y frutas dan un sorprendente color de primavera y otoño. Las puestas de sol y los cielos nocturnos brillantes brindan muchas oportunidades para el fotógrafo y los astrónomos aficionados.

Amazing stay!

Our stay was everything our family could ask for! Despite some severe weather, we had an incredible family vacation and Cassie was super attentive and caring to ensure our stay was the best as possible. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, lakeside getaway!

Great repeat stay

We stayed here two years ago and were excited to come back. The property was even better than we remembered, with a beautiful new deck! Cassie was very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We had a wonderful week.

This home was beautiful, uncluttered and very clean. The property is in a perfect location for enjoying all Wolfeboro has to offer! The owners were easy to communicate with. Great find! We will be returning!

Great weekend at the lake!

My family and I had a wonderful MLK weekend at this home! The house is beautifully appointed, clean and has everything need, nothing you don't. Located right on the lake, it has gorgeous views and a big yard for the kids to explore. It's very close to Abenaki Ski area where we took our 3 yo son skiing for the first time. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We'll definitely be back this summer to enjoy the lake more!

a perfect spot for family fun

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and cannot think of anything we would have changed. The house was comfortable and very well equipped. We truly loved the quietness of Crescent Lake and easy access to Wentworth Lake on the kayaks. We were glad we chose this spot over Lake Winnepausakee where the water can get rough and the lake very busy. However, it was handy to be only a mile to Wolfeboro and even a shorter distance via the walking/bike path which is closeby. Cassie and Nigel were easy to reach and responded quickly to our questions. We highly recommend this home for any vacation and we hope to return someday.

The best week!

My husband and I wanted to take our two boys (5 and 2) on a relaxing lake vacation, and Cassie’s home was absolutely perfect! Location: The house is right on Crescent Lake, and we spent so much time in the yard fishing, swimming, and playing. The house is very close to a walking/ bike trail that leads right into downtown Wolfeboro, and we were able to ride our bikes there to visit the shops and restaurants. There is even a little playground in town at the very end of the trail that my boys loved. We loved being on Crescent Lake because it was quiet and peaceful, but downtown Wolfeboro and Lake Winnipesauke fun were very close by and easy to get to. The house: We had plenty of room for a family of 4 and found the home to be super clean and comfortable. There were tons of water toys and towels, so we spent hours outside down by the water. There is a fire pit in the yard so we made s’mores almost every night, and the views from the house were beautiful. The property was well maintained, and Cassie was so easy to work with. She contacted us prior to our visit to share some info about the lake, and she gave great recommendations for things to do around town. She was such a gracious host, and we can’t wait to visit again! Thank you, Cassie, for a great vacation and wonderful memories with our children!

Lovely lake house

We had a great time - excellent grounds, charming house, fantastic location. Lots of boating and swimming and walks right into town Great communication with the owner too. We’d love to come back!

Another amazing stay

We rented this home for the second year in a row. We loved our stay last year so much that we booked again as soon as our trip was complete. This property is amazing and has so much to offer. The location is perfect given how close it is to downtown but also offers a lot of peace and quiet. The onsite access to the water is great. We swam, fished and watched awesome sunsets all week. The inside of the house is great as well. There is plenty of space and it is well equipped. The owners are very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We can’t wait to stay again!!!!

Lovely lake getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property last week. The neighborhood and Crescent Lake were very quiet, so we were able to really relax. We spent a lot of time in the sunny dining room and down by the water, where the kids enjoyed looking for fish and crawfish in the shallow water. We made use of the kayaks and paddleboat to enjoy Crescent Lake, and it was a short drive into town to rent a different boat for a day on Lake Winnipesaukee. This was our first time in Wolfeboro, which was really cute! There were plenty of good restaurants just a short drive away, and we really enjoyed the Yum Yum Shop for ice cream. We hope to be back again soon!

We had a wonderful time. House was perfect, and we had everything we needed to explore and enjoy lake , right on site! Owners made us feel like we were family - and our family created amazing memories. Many firsts.. fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, raft rides, and YumYums!!!

Peaceful place, excellent lake view

Very nice place that is well kept. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent boat docking with access to Lake Wentworth. Fishing was great! Had a minor problem with the gas grille, owner is working quickly to resolve.

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing week at this home. The location was awesome and the home had everything we needed. The beach area was perfect for kids. We enjoyed fishing on the dock, watching sunsets and using the kayaks out on the lake. We will definitely be staying again next year!!!

A nice getaway

Overall had a great time. There were some issues that were do to the previous renters but nothing serious. Had a blast kayaking with the family and fishing.

The view was amazing!

The house was everything and more you see in the pictures. It was spotless when we arrived. The view from every room was beautiful. The beach area was great and I loved fishing off the dock (I caught 5 fish). We used the kayaks and paddleboat which added to our fun. I totally recommend this place.

An oasis on Crescent Lake

My family *so* enjoyed our time at this lovely lake house during Labor Day week. The area was quiet and incredibly peaceful, and a welcome change from our home in the city. We felt incredibly lucky to live our lives in and around Crescent Lake for a week: swimming, kayaking, taking underwater photos, paddle boating, jumping off the private pier, and even roasting marshmallows at a campfire by what we called our "private beach" in the evenings. As nature lovers we were so happy to share our time with fish, frogs, toads, turtles, songbirds, a Bald Eagle, and the haunting call of the loons echoing over the water in quiet moments. The house had everything we needed for preparing meals; great TV/cable options so we could do "family movie night" away from home; sound Wifi connection so we could connect back to reality when we (reluctantly) needed to; and was very clean and thoughtfully curated for fun family getaways. We'd go back in a heartbeat. Thank you to Cassie & family for a much-needed respite during these challenging pandemic times!

Wonderful lake house

We have had the perfect vacation in this lake house. Inside so much thought is taken to create a beautiful and comfortable environment. All the important details are covered. Comfortable bed and bedding, great Wifi, good water pressure, abundant and good quality towels for washing and lake use and a top quality gas grill. Wherever you are in the house there are incredible views of the lake. There is an easy, sandy and shallow entry to the lake which was perfect for my children and the water is warm and so clear you can see the fish swimming around. We roasted marshmallows in the fire pit and took out the paddle boat to explore. The kids enjoyed jumping off the dock and I enjoyed the serene hammock perfectly placed under the trees. The pictures do not do adequate justice to how absolutely beautiful it is here!

Best Vacation Spot Ever!

We have to say that we had one of the best vacations ever here at the lake house. It was everything we thought and more! As a matter of fact we felt the pictures portrayed did not do it justice. When we first walked into the house even the kids were saying how great it was! Central AC and plenty of space were key features as well as the little sunroom that we had breakfast in during the cool mornings. The outside was just as wonderful with a grill on the front deck, a patio out back, picnic table and fire pit down by the lake and a great long dock to dive off and moor my small boat to. The swimming was great as there is a nice sandy spot to swim and wasn’t weedy at all. I fished the whole week too and as a dedicated fisherman I can say that I wasn’t disappointed in the overall fishing as I caught many Largemouth bass, Crappie, Yellow perch and pickerel in Crescent as well as White Perch and Smallmouth Bass in Lake Wentworth which is a short boat ride through the canal. Only time and space limit me on all then good things we have to say about this wonderful place. So much so we even thought to ourselves how can we buy such a great house and property as this!!! Finally, we would highly recommend renting this lake house, as we for sure were glad we did!

Our stay was fabulous. The house was even nicer than look in the pictures. On the smaller side but very good lay out over 2 floors. We had 6 adults for the weekend and plenty of space. Barely spent any time indoors anyways. Everything was spotless and in great condition, the house was so homey and comfortable. The location was perfect, lake was beautiful and there was so much outdoor space, more than we expected. Kayaks were definitely enjoyed. We also lucked out and got 80+ degree weather at the end of September. Would absolutely rent again and stay for a longer visit. Cassie was also super responsive and helpful via text. Overall nothing at all to complain about, other than the fact that we don't own it ourselves ;)

First Timers to Wolfeboro

We enjoyed our family trip to Wolfeboro to attend a wedding, Labor Day Weekend. We could not have had a better fit for our needs. Clean, nicely appointed property that was stocked with everything we needed. From yard games and kayaks to kitchen and laundry all was perfect for us! What a fun time we had!

Nice lake house

Very clean cabin on Great Lake lot about 2 miles from downtown Wolfeboro. Good shopping and restaurants, the best on the lake. You can walk to town ( maybe not for old people unless you’re in shape) and get lunch right on the water with a great view. High point was a ride on the triple cockpit hacker craft operated be the boat museum people. The house even had a guest Netflix account, very nice. Things to improve: down stairs toilet is loose, and the garbage can enclosure needs work, I fixed I a little, but it’s a bit shaky.

Nice lake house vacation

Cute house with a great yard sloping gently down to very clean and warm lake. Kayaks, paddle board and peddle boat were available to use and fun way to explore the lake. Unfortunately cleaners did not show up prior to our stay but owners were responsive, extremely apologetic and gave few options to make up for it. We were able to clean the place up and wash all linens on site in the washer/dryer. We didn't let it ruin the vacation and had a great week.

Awesome spot on Crescent Lake!

We truly enjoyed our time in this great house. Perfect spot for families with little kids. The wade in beach was awesome. The home is adorable and Cassie was so great to work with. Super friendly and responsive. We had a great week and can’t wait to go back!
