In addition to the excellent location, the neighborhood is equipped with everything you need for a quality stay: a bistro for a casual snack, or just a nice coffee - PICNICK; restaurant for fancy dinner - A'mare hotel restaurant; supermarket Kaufland; bank, pharmacy, gym. The Banine Sports Center and the Krešimir Čosić Hall are 10 minutes away from the building.
