Very clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay again.

Great home, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We were in the area visiting family, and it was nice to have such a comfortable place to relax and unwind in the evening. Great spaces to sit and visit, watch TV, and sleep in with the room darkening curtains. Nice quiet area, close to restaurants, shopping and main roadways/highways. Would definitely stay here again if it's available for our next trip.

Had a fantastic weekend stay at this property. the house was perfect for our needs. The property was clean and the host was very accommodating. We cooked some salmon and burgers outside on the grill. The grill was clean and ready to use. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this reproprty.

Family visit to Phoenix Area

Great house for 2 couples since there are 2 King bedrooms with comfortable beds. Several sitting areas both inside and out, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Arizona room was a bonus, providing a nice breakfast setting in the cool mornings. Located near restaurants as well as grocery stores in a nice quiet neighborhood, it's also a great base for exploring the Phoenix area. Owners very responsive.

Good value and centrally located

This 3 bedroom home has a nice floor plan that is centrally located in the Phoenix area. Near 101 freeway loop, shopping malls and restaurants. Nice full kitchen if you like to cook your own meals. Not far from Sky Harbor or I 10 if coming from California. Freeway proximity makes it convenient to go to any of the spring training facilities. Owner is very nice and is accessible if needed or just have questions about the home or area. Would definitely come here again.

Great home - perfect for family and close to everything!

This house was the perfect size for our family of 5. Location was key for spring training baseball, and the washer and dryer was a bonus for packing for a multi-state road trip. All the amenities were great! Chip was very responsive and welcoming, and he was fantastic to work with. If we come back and do this trip again in the future, we would stay here again for sure!

Great place to stay - especially for anyone wanting to stay near the ballparks or visit family at Sierra Winds. Flexible and accommodating host when we needed to extend. Was perfect for our family’s needs. Comfortable beds - always a plus when away from home!

Great house in Sun City

Visiting Phoenix area so our husbands could enjoy some baseball games, we chose Chip's rental in Sun City. Home was very comfortable, attractive, and well-equipped. Great having a sitting area out back where, whether early morning or late afternoon, we could enjoy the great weather. Location is convenient to all the baseball parks on the westside of town, and Chip very helpful with suggestions and arranging access to the Sun City recreational center. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and clean and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Homeowner Chip is very friendly and attentive. Greeted us upon arrival and checked with us to make sure everything was okay. There were 4 of us and we enjoyed grilling on the patio and relaxing. I highly recommend this VRBO. Mary

Outstanding Rental

We rented this place for the month of February. The house was excellent. All like new furniture and appliances, and a big screen TV in the living room, master bedroom, and even on the patio out back. The house comes with every thing you might need. The host was attentive and accessible. He took care of all of our needs. This place is located a couple of blocks from the Palmbrook golf course and close to the Sun City Bell Entertainment Center. Nearby Bell Ave has everything you can think of. It is also close to many things to do in Scottsdale and Phoenix. I highly recommend this place.

instead of putting out a 2,490 character review on each and every facet of the stay I'll keep it short. The accommodations were nice and the owners were a pleasure to work with. Didn't meet them in person but instead stayed in touch via phone and text. It all worked out great. Would recommend for future stays... bgm
