Absolutely perfect in every way. Lovely home with all needed amenities in a perfect location for our needs. Quiet, nice neighborhood and easy to make multiple drives back & forth to an event at State Farm Stadium, our reason for the trip to Phoenix. Would highly recommend!

The host was welcoming, however the sink had dirt in it, the toilet paper was empty. The main living room light did not work, or the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. And the window in the bathroom in the shower was not locakable. This was the only VRBO I have ever stayed in that the owner expected us to start the laundry and take out the trash. Usually they just want the trash bagged up and dirty linens put in a pile. But it was a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood.

Loved this place! Rooms are bigger than they look in the listing photos. Greay quiet neighborhood and very convenient quick drive to Desert Diamond Arena where we were going this weekend for University of Arizona graduation ceremony.

And yes the location is key also, like many guests have said it’s super easy to get to the 101 and and all the venues on the west side. Other up and coming events include the Barrette Car show in January. The Waste Management Open in February then All the Spring training games throughout the Valley.
