Welcome to this 4-bedroom, 2-bath gem in Peoria. This single-level home, with its open floor plan, offers a fantastic retreat for guests seeking a relaxing getaway. With its spacious bedrooms, including a king bed, queen bed, full bed, bunk bed (full over full), and twin trundle bed, everyone will find their perfect spot to unwind. The house features amenities like WiFi, Smart TVs, and keypad entry ensuring a comfortable stay. The two full bathrooms provide convenience for all guests. There is also a full laundry room with detergent included. Whether you're into some serious competition or just want to have fun, the shuffleboard and air hockey table are waiting for you!

In the backyard, you'll find a covered porch with comfortable outdoor furniture and a beautiful blue heated pool to enjoy those spectacular AZ sunsets. The pool is heated free of charge. A cover is provided and should be put on the pool each night (and during the day when not in use) in order to retain the heat.

Please do not adjust the pool settings - if there is a problem with the pool, please contact the owner directly.

This house is located just 7 minutes from the Peoria Sports Complex where you'll find the Mariners and the Padres during Spring Training months. There are many other community events when Spring Training isn't in session including seasonal markets, Food Truck festivals, and more! State Farm Stadium (home of the Arizona Cardinals) is located a quick 15 minute drive away, along with the popular Westgate for restaurants and shopping. Along with Topgolf, you'll find many golf courses nearby. It is also a convenient drive to Barrett Jackson and TPC Scottsdale. Grocery stores and other retail stores are also close by.

NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. These cover the front door entry, the side yard facing the pool equipment, and the opposite side yard facing the gate. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces or the pool/patio.

Great home!

We had such a great stay! The home was well equipped and very clean. The location of the home was close to restaurants, shopping and groceries. Kristen had great communication and responded quickly.

Parents Weekend!

6 parents got away for a concert at State Farm Stadium, only a short 10 minute drive away. House was very clean and had everything we needed, and some extra little things like an air pump for our pool floaties! We LOVED the shuffle board and air hockey!! Perfectly located in town close to restaurant/grocery etc, would highly recommend! Hoping this will be available should we come back in the future!

Lovely house with great space and comfy beds. I’ve stayed in plenty or homes where they skimped on bedding and mattresses, not here!!! Everything was just right. Very thoughtful hosts. They thought of everything, they even put poopouri in the bathrooms;)

Willow House Stay

The property was exactly as advertised. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and easy access to main travel routes throughout the Pheonix area. We visited to attend a couple Spring Training games and served as a great landing pad. The pool was perfect for our 2 boys. Overall a great stay.

Family fun

We came into town for a long weekend and had a lovely time at this rental. It was perfect place to get together with local family and friends and have a small casual bridal shower with permission from the host. The layout of the common spaces allowed for great fun with the games, pool, and a nice open kitchen for hosting lots of good food. Everything was very tidy and well updated with modern amenities. Lots of pool towels and even some pool accessories were a nice touch. The host was very communicative and helpful when we locked ourselves out late one night too. I would definitely use this property again next time I come to town with the kids to visit family.

Great home for our family trip to Spring Training. Quiet neighborhood but located within 10 minutes of all conveniences. Pool and outside seating was great! House was stocked with everything you'd need. The beds were comfortable too. Kristen is very responive and a caring host. Definitely would book again!again. caring host.

Relaxing and Convenient!

The house was immaculate and clean when we arrived. They had some great staples, like coffee pot, sunscreen, popcorn popper, shampooo/conditioner, etc. 4Br and a heated pool included drew us to the property! Master bedroom with bathroom/closet was spacious. Would definitely stay again with my kids! Very kid friendly.

Excellent stay

House was clean, everything we needed. Beds and bedding was comfortable. Nice kitchen, well stocked. Outdoor space was great, our girls had a blast in the pool. Would definitely stay again.

Wedding weekend

We enjoyed our stay with cousins to celebrate a family wedding. The kids enjoyed playing games and swimming while the adults had their own space to relax and enjoy time together. Everything was perfect and we all want to come back again soon!!

Fantastic stay!

Kristen was a great VRBO host and her house was fantastic for our family vacation. Every aspect that you could think of, was taken into account. The house felt like a home, not just a rental, and was the perfect home-base for our two week family trip. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Kristen and her VRBO. We will definitely be looking to book with her again if/when we visit Phoenix.

Great house for our family

This property was perfect for our extended family trip to Phoenix. Everyone had a good bed, games for the kids, and heated pool in Feb. The kitchen and dining area had plenty of room for our group of 8. Kitchen was lacking a few essentials (strainer, larger pots, grilling tongs) but we made due. Neighborhood was quiet. The owner was very easy to communicate with although we never needed anything additional from her.

Great place

We were two baseball families that stayed here. So many great things about this place! First, Kristen was quick to reply to my messages, which I always appreciate. House is very clean, beds are comfy and with two living areas, kids could do their thing in one room and we could adult in the other. Pool was just my temp - not cold!!

Wonderful Peoria house

We were meeting family from Colorado for my nephews hockey tournament. We wanted something we could all hangout since they were in a hotel. The house was perfect. It exceeded our expectations. Very clean, comfortable, fun! We loved the heated pool. And so many pool towels! Which was awesome since with everyone swimming we needed them all! So nice not to have to pay extra! The host is amazing. She’s so very sweet! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We really don’t have a single complaint. We live in Tucson so we don’t stay in Phoenix area much but if we do this house is the one!

Great house in Peoria

We had a great stay in Peoria while attending my son’s travel ball tournament. The house was very neat, organized, and comfortable. Going in the house it was open and airy. Everything was easy to find such as the dishes, towels, spices, utensils, etc. The pool was very clean and warm. The owner made sure we were comfortable and communicated clearly and quickly. The beds were soft and comfy and bathrooms were extremely clean. There was body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom. The towels were very soft. We had a great time with the air hockey table and games left to enjoy. We would definitely stay again.

Super house. Excellent Location. Great Host.

Everything was as advertised. The property is modern, in super shape, and just really comfortable. Everything you need is near ... grocery store, drug store, gas, restaurants, fast food, you name it. The host was outstanding. She knew we were arriving late so she made sure that not only were the outside lights on, but took the time to make sure some interior lights were on. And she was responsive. We had very few questions, but when we asked she had a quick answer. I would highly recommend this house as a home away from home on your next trip to that part of the Phoenix area.

Lovely stay for our baseball tourney

We visited for a baseball tournament with our 16-year-old, and this home was perfect for our needs. It was centrally located to multiple sports complexes, which was great. But more importantly, it was very clean and comfortable. We could have gotten a hotel room with two queen beds and one bath, but for a comparable price point, we were able to rent a home with a separate king bedroom and queen bedroom with two separate bathrooms, not to mention the full kitchen and pool! Communication with the host was very easy, the home looks just as it does in the pictures, and the amenities are very well thought out (plenty of bath and pool towels, eg). Our son especially had fun with the pool and air hockey table! Would definitely recommend and revisit.

Amazingly homey!

My family and I stayed at this amazing him during our visit to Arizona for my wife's graduation. Although the house is not in the center of Phoenix it was close enough for us to make the trip in for the graduation and to visit the state fair! Kristen was an amazing host and was very accommodating. The house was very clean when we arrived and everything was accurate from the description on the website. Kristen left some nice little added touches for my wife which she absolutely loved and my boys loved the bunk beds and the pool! The kitchen had everything we needed and what it didn't have we were able to get nearby as the house is located right off of a main thoroughfare in Peoria. The neighborhood was quiet and we found the house relatively easy to find from the airport, which is about 30 minutes from the house. The inside of the house there were plenty of bath towels and pool towels. The bathrooms are great, especially the master bath. Overall, we had a great experience with the house and working with Kristen throughout this process.

Great stay in great location

Property was in great shape except for a few minor issues which were cosmetic in nature. Owner was an excellent communicator and very responsive. Location was in very safe neighborhood with easy and quick access to local markets and restaurants. The heated pool was a big hit! All appliances worked perfectly.

Fantastic Thanksgiving

I could not have asked for a better house to celebrate Thanksgiving away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked and large to accommodate the family. The family loved the air hockey and shuffleboard games along with the variety of board games . I absolutely loved the heated pool to enjoy with the beautiful lighted patio and fire pit. My most favorite part of the house would have to be the amazing master closet in the bathroom, my dream closet. Thank you to our host Kristen for being so responsive and helpful during our stay.

My family and I are originally from Washington State, but moved down to sunny AZ to get away from the gray skies and drizzle. We love that it's sunny here everyday! My husband and I, along with our two teenage sons, love to get outside and hike, bike, and we especially enjoy a little competition at Top Golf. Sitting outside on the patio with a good book is also a favorite activity.

We appreciate that Peoria feels a little bit outside the city, but still has lots to do in a close vicinity. One of our favorite things about this home is that it's just 7 minutes away from the Peoria Sports Complex where Spring Training takes place starting at the end of February and lasting until the end of March. Go Seattle Mariners!

It's easy and convenient to jump on I-101 and head to Scottsdale or into Phoenix.

Being a host means we get to share this home with other people to enjoy just as we have enjoyed it. Because we love staying in VRBOs when we travel, we have designed this home to have the amenities and comfort that we look for in properties.
