With its spacious bedrooms, including a king bed, queen bed, full bed, bunk bed (full over full), and twin trundle bed, everyone will find their perfect spot to unwind. There is also a full laundry room with detergent included. Whether you're into some serious competition or just want to have fun, the shuffleboard and air hockey table are waiting for you!

In the backyard, you'll find a covered porch with comfortable outdoor furniture and a beautiful blue heated pool to enjoy those spectacular AZ sunsets. The pool is heated free of charge. A cover is provided and should be put on the pool each night (and during the day when not in use) in order to retain the heat.

This house is located just 7 minutes from the Peoria Sports Complex where you'll find the Mariners and the Padres during Spring Training months. There are many other community events when Spring Training isn't in session including seasonal markets, Food Truck festivals, and more! State Farm Stadium (home of the Arizona Cardinals) is located a quick 15 minute drive away, along with the popular Westgate for restaurants and shopping. Along with Topgolf, you'll find many golf courses nearby. It is also a convenient drive to Barrett Jackson and TPC Scottsdale. Grocery stores and other retail stores are also close by.

NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. These cover the front door entry, the side yard facing the pool equipment, and the opposite side yard facing the gate. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces or the pool/patio.
