This apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a beautiful view of the tropical garden and the beautiful swimming pool. The apartment has a spacious living room with an open kitchen, 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with a modern bathroom, and a large terrace. From the terrace you have direct access to the shared pool deck, where you can swim laps in the 25-meter long pool or enjoy a delicious cocktail at the edge of the pool.

Layout apartment

The living room is stylishly furnished and has an open kitchen with high-quality built-in appliances and a cozy cooking island. The kitchen is fully equipped, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and blender. In the living room, which is equipped with air conditioning, you can relax, read a book, listen to music via the Sonos Move, work at the cooking island or, for example, follow an F1 race on the large smart TV. By opening the sliding doors, the living room becomes one with the veranda. Through the veranda you have access to the tropical garden and the communal swimming pool. On the terrace you will find a comfortable lounge set and a large dining table, perfect for cozy moments with family or friends. Do you like barbecuing? A gas BBQ is available on request.

The first bedroom has a king-size bed and has a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and can be split into two single beds on request. Both bedrooms have ample closet space. The apartment has a separate room with washing machine and storage space for your suitcases. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort.

The location of this apartment is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful island of Curacao. A short drive away you will find pristine beaches such as Jan Thiel Beach and Mambo Beach, perfect for sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling. The area also offers a variety of dining options, shopping centers and a vibrant nightlife. Enjoy the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure in this beautiful Caribbean environment.

- Interim cleaning required for stays longer than 1 week € 50,00.
- Late check out can be requested locally from the manager at an additional cost.
- Car rental via LivCuraçao Car Rental  is on request.
- Electricity use max. 20 KwH per day. Above that, € 0.45 per KwH will be charged to the guest. Water use max. 0.5 cubic meters per day. Above that, € 9.00 per cubic meter will be charged to the guest. The consumption of electricity and water will be settled with the paid deposit of € 500.00 after the stay.

- As an international visitor, you must complete the Digital Immigration Card (DI Card) online within 7 days before departure. The Digital Immigration Card is mandatory for all foreign visitors to be admitted by immigration in Curaçao. Apply for the card via the OFFICIAL Curacao Entry Portal website.
