Villa de lujo para 6 personas, de nueva construcción, totalmente acondicionada con aire, ubicada a poca distancia de la playa de Jan Thiel.

La villa tiene tres habitaciones, cada una con baño.
En el exterior hay un gran porche y una piscina en el segundo piso.
También una cocina totalmente equipada con todos los utensilios de cocina, una estufa de cerámica, microondas, cafetera, tetera y nevera con congelador.

El living tiene un sofá, asientos, mesa y un televisor de alta definición.

El amplio dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales con somier con colchones ortopédicos, un amplio baño con inodoro, ducha de efecto lluvia y ducha, espejo y secador de pelo.

Aparcamiento privado seguro y gratuito e internet inalámbrico gratuito.
Hay sillas de playa en el porche.

La villa se encuentra a 200 metros de un supermercado (7 días abierto de 8 a.m. a 9 p.m.) y la playa de Jan Thiel, con restaurantes, tiendas y bares de playa.

La villa en Vista Royal es la base perfecta para aquellos que desean mantenerse con estilo en la isla tropical de Curazao.
Jan Thiel es una de las zonas más bellas y populares de la isla y se encuentra en el sureste, a 20 kilómetros del aeropuerto de Hato. El área ofrece todo lo que los turistas buscan: playa, piscina, restaurantes, bares, clubes al aire libre, tiendas, supermercado, gimnasio / gimnasio, spa, casino, alquiler de autos, centro de deportes acuáticos, tienda de buceo, etc.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf! Het vakantiehuis is gelegen op een perfecte locatie – op loopafstand van zowel de supermarkt als het strand.Het verblijf zelf is mooi en verzorgd. Vooral ‘s avonds is het heerlijk om buiten te zitten; er staat dan vaak een aangenaam briesje, wat het extra prettig maakt.De slaapkamers zijn ruim en comfortabel, en elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer, wat echt een luxe is.Ook de communicatie verliep prettig en soepel.Een aanrader wat ons betreft!

Heerlijk huis in een rustige buurt. Op loopafstand van winkel, strand en restaurants.Huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Er waren net nieuwe bedden in alle slaapkamers dus we hebben extra lekker geslapen ;-)

Een fantastisch huis om in te verblijven echt een aanrader, misschien een klein puntje, vermeld wel dat er op het zelfde terrein nog 2 appartementen staan, niet dat het storend is maar je wordt er door verrast

Amazing location!

This house is just a short walk to the beach, shops, grocery store and restaurants. The house is great. There are two other rentals on the property. I wish I had known that before renting. There were no issues, just would have liked to be informed. AC is only in the bedrooms. Also was surprised that we had an electricity usage limit. Any amount over and the funds were removed out of our deposit. We didn’t know that ahead of time.

Beautiful Villa

This villa in the Jan Thiel area was an absolute gem! The location was perfect—within walking distance to the Van den Tweel supermarket, Jan Thiel Beach, and just a short drive to Tugboat Beach, which we found to be the best snorkeling spot on the island. The underwater scenery was breathtaking, and the laid-back vibe made it one of our favorite stops in Curaçao.The villa itself had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The second-floor patio with the pool was a highlight, offering great views and serving as a wonderful common area for everyone to relax and enjoy the warm Caribbean breeze. Whether we were cooling off in the pool during the hot afternoons or unwinding with a drink in the evening, it was the perfect spot to gather.The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay. One of the small but much-appreciated gestures was allowing us to drop off our bags before check-in so we could start exploring stress-free.Overall, this villa provided a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, well-equipped stay in Curaçao!

Beyond our Expectations

The rental was clean, comfortable, beautiful, and in a safe neighborhood. It was close to Jan Thiel beach, which we enjoyed very much, and shops and restaurants. The pool and outdoor spaces in particular were amazing. Our only issues were the thoroughness and accuracy of the listing with respect to air conditioning and incidental charges. We were not aware until arrival that there is air conditioning only in the downstairs bedrooms. There was a constant breeze and good ventilation so it wasn’t a big issue. Also, you are given a daily limit for electricity and water usage, which is understandable given the expense of both on the island. But unless we missed it in some fine print, we were not aware of that. We were very careful to only use the air conditioners at night while sleeping and were very stingy with water use but still went 150 over in a week. Loved our stay though.

Beautiful location

This home is so well placed! A short walk to one of the nicest beaches on Curaçao and the hotel at the beach has wonderful restaurants and a Casino and shops. The pool upstairs is the perfect size and the deck has a lounger double bed, as well as a great table for eating. The palapa is well sized with fun colored lights for night time. The three bedrooms are well sized and each has its own bathroom. There is a powder room upstairs. Lois was easy to connect with and was very responsive. Found a terrific restaurant not too far away called Friends. Try it!

Excellent property in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The true gem is the outdoor space with the cabana and pool - it was super comfortable and very relaxing. While only the bedrooms downstairs are air-conditioned, we were nervous that it would be hot upstairs. With the windows open it was very nice and not an issue. The proximity to downtown Jan Thiel can't be beat- we visited the restaurants there quite a bit for lunch/dinner. The beach is also very nice. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area was a great base for exploring the island . Supermarket and restaurants were close by. The house had very good security. Everything one could ask for. The property manager’s Lois and Daryl were very helpful and friendly. They did everything to make the stay very enjoyable. Thank you😊

Perfect house, perfect location!

This house was a great fit for our party of 4! While we had a rental car, you wouldn’t need it for a stay in the Jan Thiel area. This house was a 5 minute walk to an excellent grocery store and just a few minutes more to the beach and restaurants. The house had everything we needed, including a well stocked kitchen, including a blender! The inside area was comfortable, but the real super star was the outdoor living area. Including a dining table, comfy seating area, 4 Sun loungers, and of course the pool. We did do some sightseeing, but mostly we hung out at the house sunning, swimming and drinking pina coladas! Fitz, the property manager, was great to work with! He was quick to respond when we had questions and a great resource on the local area. The property and neighborhood felt very safe and secure. One thing to be aware of, this property includes the main house and two apartments, which are rented out separately. Not an issue for us at all, but just a heads up that other people may be on property and coming and going.

Outstanding Value -- Villa on A-location

We (6 adults) rented this place in early Feb 2020 and found it exceeded our expectations. House was very clean. Property managers Maya and Fitz took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. We forgot to pack an adapter for the outlets and they came over with a couple to use. We asked and they even had a case of beer in the fridge waiting for us!!!! Location is great. 200 metres from a grocery store allowed us to walk down to pick up our supplies. Another 200 metres brought us to the water for us to swim. House layout is excellent for vacationers. 3 bedrooms downstairs mean you don't need to lug suitcases upstairs. Each with a private bath and A/C. Outdoor patio for dining and relaxing. Only negative was we had 6 people willing to help in kitchen so the space was tight between the island and cupboards. We managed. We dined at the house some nights and some dinners we walked down the hill to the restaurants on the beach. Place has a security gate, the house has an alarm plus a safe in the house so we could rest easy. Of course every house in the area was the same so we heard a lot of alarms going off. With that much security you may think it was a dangerous area but we found no issues and could walk safely around the area. Place has a nice little pool on an above ground deck. Those who enjoyed a pool could stay there and those who like the ocean had a short, but hilly, walk to the beach. The water in the ocean was as clear as you'd see in any pool. 5 metres down was just as clear as ankle deep. There are many beaches but the best were at the other end of the island at the NW end, so a tiring drive through the town to get there. We rented. a van for the entire time. We could easily have rented a car by the day from places right there at Jan Thiel beach. We were treated to a Curacao treat. The power infrastructure of the island is not the best so they had to shut off the power for the whole day to make repairs. We have something to laugh and reminisce over. All in all we made the right choice in selecting Villa on A-location. It offered a balance of being lazy by the pool at the house or exploring. Maya and Fritz checked on us and ensured the cleaning was done properly. All great fun. We would definitely go back to Villa on A-Location again.
