Nueva renovación, Best in Surf Court, a pasos de Coligny y South Forest Beach

Esta casa adosada de tres habitaciones, dos baños y medio fue comprada en julio de 2017 y se sometió a renovaciones importantes. Casi todo dentro es completamente nuevo. Nuestra casa está ubicada al otro lado de la calle de South Forest Beach y, según nuestros hijos, está a solo 376 pasos de la arena (LOL). Estamos a una corta distancia a pie de Coligny Plaza, donde encontrará muchas tiendas y restaurantes y bares increíbles, perfectos para cualquier gusto o presupuesto.
Disfruta de una nueva cocina de vanguardia con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El comedor cuenta con una mesa estilo casa de campo para grandes reuniones y es un punto de enfoque de la sala de estar. Relájese en un sofá seccional mientras mira un partido de fútbol o su programa favorito en un televisor de pantalla plana de 60 ". Cable y Wi-Fi de alta velocidad incluidos. El piso principal también ofrece medio baño y lavadora y secadora de carga frontal.
El segundo piso tiene dos dormitorios y un baño completo. Una de las habitaciones tiene dos juegos de literas (gemelas en total) que dormirán fácilmente a seis niños. El otro dormitorio en el segundo piso tiene una cómoda cama king size. Ambas habitaciones tienen grandes televisores de pantalla plana y cable.
El dormitorio principal está en el tercer piso con su propia pantalla plana de 40 "y baño, completo con tocadores dobles en encimeras de granito. Una gran cama king size completa la configuración del maestro.
Después de un largo día en la playa, disfrute de un relajante baño en una gran piscina justo afuera de su puerta trasera. Disfrute de un cóctel mientras observa a sus hijos jugar en el agua o simplemente disfrute del patio cuidadosamente cuidado.
Aproveche el alquiler de bicicletas de al lado y disfrute de los numerosos senderos para bicicletas que la isla tiene para ofrecer. Juegue una partida de golf en uno de los principales campos de golf en Hilton Head o haga un viaje a Savannah por el día. Para adictos a las compras, disfrute de una variedad de boutiques, centros comerciales y dos centros comerciales Tanger. This place was perfect for our family!

Great location with an easy walk to the beach for everyone - grandparents, parents and kids. Plenty of space to spread out, comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen.

7 minute walk to the beach!!!

This place had everything we needed and Sasha was very responsive for the few questions we did have. Shops and restaurants are a 10 to 15 minute walk away. Parking included. Nice pool area too.We loved it!

This space was perfect for our family. I love to cook and bake - our family spends a lot of time in a kitchen. This place was ready for me! Cutting board, nice knives, pots/pans, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen gadgets, mixing bowls, sturdy dishes, etc. There was even a muffin pan, which was used. Cable in every room was nice for days with poor weather. The walk to the beach was short and pleasant. The pool right out back was nice also. Host was quick with responses. Great experience. Walking distance to shopping, eating, and parks.

Great Location

This was a perfect spot for our family! Seven is of us stayed for 5 nights. Very easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Short drive to Sea Pines. Community was very quiet and relaxing.

This condo in convenient location. Coligney Plaza is a short walk. We always look for a place to stay that is close. Beach short walk as well. Had a great girl’s trip!

Perfect little getaway!

This was a perfect setup and location to the beach, park, and coligny plaza! The condo is perfect for two families. It has two rooms for the adults and a bunk room which was great for kids! The huge sectional couch was great for hanging in the evening and plenty of seating for breakfast and dinner! Beds were comfy and plenty of towels and blankets! Would definitely stay again!

Nice place

We all enjoyed our stay here. It was neat and clean, updated, the beds were very comfortable. Wonderful large pool. This condo is in a great area, walk to the beach and all the good places to eat. Had one little problem but the owners were very quick to solve it.

HHI Vacay 2022

We've stayed all over the island over the last 10 years, but this rental is the best by far. It is close to Coligny, the beach and bike paths. The host even has bikes to rent, and beach chairs and sand toys were at the condo! We can't wait to come back here!

Great Location!

We visited HH for spring break with a group of teenagers and this place was perfect! It's very big, spacious and has been updated nicely. The walk to beach is very short and Coligny is only a few blocks away for shopping and restaurants. The complex is quiet and there is a lovely little courtyard outside of the back doors. We would definitely rent again here!

Great location, spacious and clean condo in quiet complex.

We had a wonderful week! Location of place couldn’t have been better. I preferred the quietness of this place than one right on the water. We were so close to everything. My girls absolutely loved starting the day and ending the night at the beach. The condo was clean and spacious. We were really pleased. Would come back again in a heart beat.

Nice location but had issues

I don't usually write reviews, but feel compelled to after our stay at this condo. We felt the 5 star reviews were misleading given our recent experience. When we first arrived, there was an overpowering scent of air fresheners. It was enough to give everyone a headache. When we unplugged them, we found out why the condo had them. As you go up to the third floor, there was a musky stench of cat urine. In addition to the smell, there was a cockroach problem. The second floor bathroom had a dead cockroach when we first arrived. My wife and I killed 2 baby cockroaches on the third floor and there was one larger cockroach we kept seeing but couldn't kill before it hid behind a locked door in the bathroom. I wouldn't recommend staying here until the pests were exterminated and the smell remedied/not masked behind air fresheners.

Mike’s review is completely untrue and unjustified. Our HOA does not allow pets and therefore no cats were at our property. Further more my husband is severely allergic to cats and would not be able to be in their presence. In addition to the made up cat story, as part of HOA requirement we have pest control company that sprays our property once a month inside and outside. Our regime fee is $650 per month and it covers pest control. There is a record of every visit with dates and signatures on the inside of the kitchen cabinet. To all the readers of this review. Upon your request I can include two letters proving the fact that my property has no issues. Unfortunately I’m not able to attach those letters but will copy and paste. “ To whom it may concern: Our complex, Surf Court Villas, has pest control completed by Orkin Pest Services via an annual contract. An Orkin representative sprays the inside of every condo unit on the 4th Wednesday of every even numbered month, and the outside of the condo units on the 4th Wednesday of the odd numbered months. If additional pest control is needed for the inside of any unit, our Property Manager is notified and the Orkin representative is notified. In regards to our policy on pets, a short term renter (renting less than 30 consecutive days) is not allowed to have pets in the condo unit nor in our courtyard. If I can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. Jane Climer President, Surf Court Villas Board of Directors 26 South Forest Beach drive Hilton Head Island, SC (614)746-9467” October 20, 2023 To Whom It May Concern, I'm writing to assure you that the villa is professionally cleaned and disinfected weekly. If a cleaning issue arises, please ensure that it is promptly addressed with the owners and taken care of immediately. Please note that there were no cleaning issues from October 4th-9th. Lovely place!

The pictures don’t do justice to the size of the condo! It’s in a perfect location and close to everything. The owners provided all we needed for the beach (chairs, toys, wagon, towels, umbrella) and had a well stocked kitchen. We loved that the beach, shops, playground, and restaurants were easily walkable for my 2.5 year old

Exceptional Place

Would definitely stay here again! We loved the convenience of being able to walk to Coligny in 10-15 minutes for shopping, restaurants and of course ice cream. Beach was an easy walk and pool steps away. Owner was super quick at responding to questions. Appreciated all of the beach towels and beach chairs! The kitchen was well stocked-including a new Keurig! Beds were very comfortable!! Loved having TV’s in all the bedrooms and living room.

Excellent summer vacay!

We rented this unit with one other family! The bunk room was perfect for the 4 kids to share, and each couple had their own room with a king bed. Great location to Coligny Plaza and straight shot walk to the beach. When we had questions, the host was very quick to reply and very helpful! We had a great week here and would definitely rent it again!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our short stay this past weekend. The complex is small but the location is great and parking is easy. The unit was spacious and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. I greatly appreciated the fact that there were spices and other basics there. Even though you are close to everything, the unit was really quiet! Communication with the property managers was also top-notch. Two minor suggestions (1) I would recommend leaving a laundry tablet since guests are asked to throw towels in the washing machine upon checkout and start it--we had one so it wasn't an issue but could be for someone else, and (2) it would be helpful for some towels to be placed in the bathrooms ahead of time rather than in the linen closet only, so people are not caught without a towel when they need one. These didn't affect our stay but could be helpful in the future. All in all, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend the unit.

Clear to to way so many great reviews!

This property was wonderful! There was enough room for our family to spread out, the amenities were outstanding and the location can’t be beat. Everything was super clean and nicely updated. The owners take great pride in their property. From the small touches— plug in & hand soap in the bathrooms as well as beach chairs & grill— this unit truly is well appointed. We were worried about coming to HHI so early in the season but between the beach & convenient pool, it was great even the last week of March! There is a direct path to the beach via a walkway through the Sea Side Villas so it’s super close to all the action. The owner responded quickly to all inquiries, even before the VRBO app would notify me. I can’t recommend this rental enough.
