Las playas del océano Atlántico están a sólo 500 yardas de distancia. Las 12 millas de arena blanca y dura es perfecto para la playa de peinado, footing, voleibol, pádel, y "construir castillos en la arena. Si usted está buscando un lugar cerca de la playa para disfrutar de la arena o está buscando una alta energía de alta actividad vacaciones nuestra casa de la ciudad puede ofrecer todo.

Nuestra casa de la ciudad se encuentra adyacente a la Plaza de Coligny. Esto le permite aparcar el coche al llegar y no lo use hasta que tenga que salir. Coligny Plaza tiene todas sus necesidades de compras, entretenimiento y restaurantes. La casa está decorada con buen gusto en una decoración tropical. Este diseño único de tres ciudad piso casa consta de un tercer piso suite principal con un baño privado. Una cama de matrimonio se encuentra en la segunda planta principal, y dos gemelo sobre litera completo (6 personas) en el tercer dormitorio. Balcones en el segundo y tercer piso con vista a el complejo de piscinas y pista de patio privado.

Great stay in a great location!
We all loved the house and the location as it was close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The pool was great also! Didn’t use the car once while we were there. The place was incredibly clean and the hosts gave great detailed instructions as well as recommendations for various activities! Would definitely stay there again!

We would definitely stay here again!
We have been to HHI four times in the past 10 years and this was by far the cleanest place we’ve stayed. The kitchen is really well stocked with pots and pans of all sizes (and even had a crockpot). We cook most of our meals when we’re on vacation, so a well stocked kitchen is very important to us. The beds were very comfortable. The location, just across the street from Coligny Shopping Center, is fantastic! It’s so easy to walk to the shops or the beach. If you don’t feel like walking or have too much to carry, there was a free shuttle (drivers work for tips) that you can call and they’d pick you up at your door. Communicating with the owner was a breeze. He sends you a very detailed email with all of the information you need about check-in, rules, and check-out procedures. I truly appreciated the email and having all of that in one place. If you’re looking for a great place to stay that’s near shops, restaurants, and the beach, this is a wonderful place to stay!

A Perfect Family Getaway!
Our family had an amazing time. The house was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for a family of six. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating . The beach was just a 5 minute walk away, and the pool was practically in the backyard. It was the perfect spot for both relaxation, shopping, and restaurants. We also appreciated the little extras like cleaning supplies and bath towels. The location was fantastic—close to great restaurants and shops, but tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. We can't recommend this house enough and would love to return for another family vacation. Thank you for making our trip so special!

Great Location! Plenty of Room! Very Well Equipped!
Great location near Coligny shops/restaurants and beach! Very clean and well-equipped condo. We had everything we needed. Home away from home. The pool area in the courtyard was beautifully landscaped. The pool was nice and private. The owner responded quickly to messages. I highly recommend this place and hope to return the next time we're in Hilton Head.

Great stay!
We love this condo. It’s close location to both the beach and Coligny shopping makes for a great family vacation. We walk everywhere. To get ice cream at The Ice Cream Cone. We also walked to Celebration Park. The bunk beds are great for kids. Very minor cleaning issues but honestly nothing to deter you from staying in this great condo!

We traveled from the northeast for our first visit to Hilton Head with our 2 young children. Let me tell You, the location is perfect- lots to do for the kids an easy walk to the beach and steps from the pool. The house was clean and had everything we could have needed for our stay. We had questions ahead of time and Jay was prompt and helpful in his responses. We will be back again!

Location Can't Be Beat!
The place is a 5/5 for its location! Within a few minutes walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, the park, etc. It's truly located in the perfect spot! It also is a great size for our group. Traveled with my family of six, as well as my sister and her husband, and we had more than plenty of space. 5/5 for the owners, too! They provided great details so we were well equipped with checking in/out and any other questions we might have throughout the stay. I gave it 4/5 stars because I think the place would benefit from a deep cleaning. The place was clean and we had plenty of towels and general needs to begin our trip, but I think a deep cleaning of the baseboards, air vents, behind couches, etc. would be good. Additionally, it was lacking in pillows. We ended up purchasing some after the first night. Outside of that, beds were comfortable and space was very welcoming. We'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on the island!

Wonderful Host - Perfect Location
This was a great property. We had a wonderful family vacation. The home is clean & updated - everything you need! Nice outdoor patio and property. Pool area was really nice. Finally our host Jay was super responsive, accommodating and informative. Rent bikes, great way to get around - plenty of scenic bike trails to explore. Shopping, restaurants and beach all right there.

Very clean and accommodating
The owner's were great and very helpful. It was wonderful to be able to pull in for the week and not have to move the car. Everything is within walking distance. Beach was very close and was very relaxing. Grocery store was in walking distance. The pool was just steps away from our rental. We met some very lovely people at the rental as well as the beach. We are looking forward to returning and would love to rent the same place.

Loved the location, and the the property owner had everything we’d need for a comfortable stay! 6 minute walk to the beach and the pool was maybe 20 steps from the condo back patio. Perfect spot for our family’s trip.

We live in Minnesota and Hilton Head is a great treat for us. The destination has been the reason for the long drive and is well worth it. Even though the kids are now grown, they grew up playing on the beach and it is still considered one of their favorite places to be. Even with the long drive from Minnesota we always look forward to the time we spend on Hilton Head Island. We find pleasure with the wonderful beaches, places to eat, and the many different activties available on the island. It is a great place to leave your busy work schedule and enjoy the family.

We have been coming down to Hilton Head every year since 1998. It has been a high point for my children since they were young. Now that they are both spreading their wings, Hilton Head has been one place we can count on meeting them even with their busy schedules. It is a great place to entertain and meet with the family. We have developed over the years wonderful friendships with the other townhome owners and renters.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We fell in love with this townhome the first time we saw it. It is within walking distance to everything we need, very close to the beach, and has a pool that we use to relax and float in. There is no need to use the car once you arrive.
We have become friends with many of the other villa owners and their guests. It is a great place to vacation.
