The perfect place for all the family! This spacious detached villa has accommodation for up to 10 guests and with a private swimming pool, air conditioning throughout, international and sky TV, a barbecue, a games room and located just a few minutes walk from the shopping centre, what more could you want?

The property has an ample private garden with attractive plants, a private parking space, and a raised porch with patio sofas to relax in the shade. To the side, steps lead down to the rear garden with a large 8m x 4m kidney shaped private swimming pool. This has the option to be heated during the months of November to May, making it a fantastic option for winter sunshine and Easter holidays! The surrounding patio has two tables and chairs for up to 12 people. There are four sun main loungers and four additional sun loungers if required. No holiday is complete without a barbecue in the sunshine. The villa has a traditional wood/coal burning bbq with utensils. The sunshine starts on the front of the property in the morning and covers the rear garden from midday until sunset, giving you hours in the sun around the pool.

Inside, the house has an open plan lounge with two sofas and an armchair, a Smart TV with an IPTV box for international television channels, series and movies in several languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Italian and Scandinavian. It includes BBC, ITV and Sky channels. There is free Wi-Fi in the property. The air conditioning unit in the lounge is sufficient for the dining and kitchen areas. An arch leads to the dining table with eight chairs. The separate kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and includes a tall fridge/freezer, an oven, hob with extractor, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker as well as cooking equipment, cutlery, crockery plates and glasses. From here, a rear door leads down to the back garden and pool area.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with air conditioning, a dressing area with a chest of drawers and wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom; a second bedroom with two single beds a closet and air conditioning; a bathroom with shower and wc.

The first floor has a spacious master bedroom with a double bed, two windows with views of the park, patio doors out to the solarium, air conditioning, a dressing area with double wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower, basin and wc; a second bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, a cupboard and air conditioning; and a door from the hallway to the solarium with a table and four chairs and clothes airers.

The basement is accessed from the rear garden and has a large games room which includes a table tennis table with paddles and balls included, a cupboard with books and board games, two arm chairs, two sofas, a darts board with darts included; the fifth bedroom is located here and has a double bed, a hanging space for clothes, a desk with chair, air conditioning and two windows for air and light; there is a bathroom on this level with a shower, wc and basin.

The fabulous beaches of Gran Alacant are around 3km (50 mins walk or 5 minute by car). Buses area available from the local bus stop or via the tourist train that runs during the summer. Here you can enjoy the beautiful sandy shores and crystal clear water. From the beach bars or sun beds for hire, you can appreciate the stunning coastline from Tabarca Island to Alicante city. There are several good restaurants for lunch located on the promenade of Los Arenales del Sol.

There are many fun activities and place to visit within a short ride away such as:

Rio Safari park and water park (a zoo with a water park combined)

Santa Pola seaside town with its beautiful harbour where you can hire a boat or jet skis

Tabarca Island, ferries leave Santa Pola regular for day trips to this inhabited jewel on the coastline

Alicante city – a wonderful place to visit for its famous esplanade, harbour, beaches, castles, shopping, museums and more

Elche city – famous for its palm trees and historical sites as well as good shopping and cuisine

Benidorm is around 45 minutes by car (65km) and makes a great day trip with clean beaches and exciting nightlife with shows and lively bars

Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.
