Totalmente equipado para un máximo de 10 personas con aire acondicionado en cada habitación ubicada en Gran Alacant (Santa Pola) con vista al mar con magnífico jardín piscina privada de 9M por 5M con ducha exterior amplias terrazas tumbonas barbacoa de carbón, cocina de verano con barra, nevera taburetes altos para un aperitivo.
Todo el confort con lavadora, lavavajillas, frigorífico-congelador, canales por cable vía satélite, internet wi-fi inglés, alemán y español.
El lugar es tranquilo situado cerca de las playas a 50m del supermercado bares restaurantes, a 5 km del campo de golf.
Un tren turístico recorre la urbanización Monte y Mar para dirigirse a la playa.
A 600 metros hay un gran centro comercial con muchos bares restaurantes gran supermercado mercadonna lidl
También hay actividades para niños.
El coche no es imprescindible.

Fantastic villa. Management team are very professional and acted immediately on a minor pool problem. Owner also very helpful. The perfect villa for 10 people and in a perfect location , a couple of minutes walk away from Masa Square which has restaurants ,bars and entertainment. Lovely villa, photos don't really do the villa justice, especially the pool area. Absolutely spotless, inside and out. If visiting with children be aware that there are no gates or barriers to the pool area, but this didn't apply to us so not an issue. Would definitely return.

Fantastic villa with great pool. Air con worked. A short walk from aldi, and a short walk from bus stops and lots of really good restaurnats. Would stay again

Stay in Gran Alacant

Great stay at this lovely Villa. Good location but need to walk to commercial centre for public transport although that would not put me/my family returning. I will definitely stay here in the future if I return to Gran Alacant.

Such a lovely stay, 3wks of beautiful sunshine and lovely pool. During our stay we varied from 2 people to 9 people, from 21yrs - 89yrs old. Everything worked so well, friendly check in, 2 mins walk from Aldi and 10mins walk from restaurants & bars - really recommend Patagonia steak house!! The bars/restaurants are up a steep hill, not ideal for anyone who struggles to walk, but we managed ok with a wheelchair (pavements are narrow).So close to the airport 10mins but we weren’t bothered by airport noise, we hired a car but wouldn’t do again it’s not necessary - uber could have done for what we needed.Great communication with the owners and local property maintenance & pool was cleaned/chlorinated twice per week.There were a lot of mosquitos so remember your repellent.The villa was well equipped for self catering, it’s a little tired in appearance but certainly didn’t detract from our holiday at all! We would definitely return if the opportunity arose.

Very nice property

We are just back from a lovely week at this property, 6 adults and 4 kids, we had ample room, kitchen really well supplied to cater for large numbers, loads of places to eat indoors and out. Lovely local restaurant towards Santa Pola called Zanes, highly reccommend for real Spanish cuisine.. Lovely house, great holiday!

Relax with large pool

Great villa and very well equipped, close to a few bars and restaurants with enough variety in walking distance for a week. Aldi just across the road to stock up on provisions. The outdoor bar was great, we were not overlooked, the only think lacking was more comfortable outdoor seating to relax. I would highly recommend this property

Beautiful family holiday villa

I went here with my husband, 2 children, son in law & 2 young grandchildren. Our stay was wonderful. Everything you need is in the Villa. It’s spotless clean. The location was great, local bars & lots of public transport for days out. Aldi across the road is great. We would really love to visit again. Thank you :)

Great house!

This is a really great house! Fantastic personel, who even with language barriers, makes sure that we understood and were ready to stay in the house. At any doubt about anything it was possible to mail the owner, and with quick answers everything got cleared fast! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful villa

Very large extremely well maintained villa. Equipped with everything you could need . The only downside if travelling with small children is the open pool and steps.

Great villa

Brilliant villa with great amenities nearby if you don't want to do any driving. The pool is big enough for the kids and adults to enjoy. The only downside is the WiFi isn't the best but I can't fault anything else.

Enjoyable stay at lovely villa

Villa is lovely. Was surprised to see no pool toys (inflatables) or any games/toys. No change of sheets during the week but plenty towels for us all. Short walk to pubs/restaurants. Enjoyable stay overall

Gran Alacant stay

The villa was even better than expected,loads of room,inside and out,supermarket close by and restaurants and shops a short walk away,we all (there was 10 of us) really enjoyed our stay,the one small -but significant fly in the ointment was that we were unable to use the pool for the last 2 days due to the fact that it became green with some kind of algea .The pool people came as we were leaving so i am sure it was cleared but alas two late for us!

Amazing Villa.

We have just returned from an 11 night stay. What an amazing time we have had mainly due to the quality of the villa. Geoffrey has been amazing from the start and was on the end of an email when needed. Lina and Sergio were helpful with both check in and out. The villa is spacious, private and well equipped . The pool was a massive hit with the whole family. It was so good we are already looking to book for next year.

Great House with i huge Pool

Great House for a Family Holiday. Huge Pool, and a great big House. A very good communication with Geoffrey, was a big help. All my recommendation to this House. Only negative, is the location when you bring an old person. Curvy hills to restarants and Bars. Overall fantastic.

Lovely house

This is a great property. Spacious, clean & well equipped.Goood size swimming pool (not in use at the time of year we stayed), a lovely sun terrace on the first floor, private on site parking & various segregated outdoor areas for eating, sun bathing, bbq'ing or generally chilling.The house is impressive & difficult to fault.There are 2 separate areas of bars & restaurants (about 12 in each) within a 10 minute walk in different directions & several supermarkets are also close by.Transport of some kind is needed to get to the beaches, but there is a regular & very cheap bus service to them (& to Alicante & into Santa Pola).On arrival the house was spotlessly clean, the check in & check out were smooth & overall hosting & communication were excellent.

Perfect family holiday villa

Stunning villa for 8 adults, can’t fault anything about it at all. The location is great with an Aldi just a few minutes away and a 7 minute walk to the commercial centre where there are plenty restaurants and a lovely atmosphere. The jewel in the crown of this villa has to be the gorgeous pool with lots of lovely seating areas and plenty sun loungers. It even has its own pool bar with stereo to provide the music. Communication with Geoffrey and Sergio was easy and quick and our whole stay was very relaxed with excellent air conditioning units too! We would highly recommend this villa and are already planning our return visit!

Villa stay august

Great stay in the villa. The pictures don’t do it justice it is massive and loss of room. The pool is brilliant plenty big enough. Would recommend to anyone. The only thing that could make it better is if there was a info pack (unless I missed it) with local bus times, taxi numbers, pubs, restaurants etc. we had to use Google maps to find anything. Communication was brilliant with the owner and answered any questions that I asked. Thanks

Not as described

We were a bit disappointed that the villa didn't have a sea view or hot tub as stated. It was a fair distance to the sea. Overall though it was a nice stay. I didn't realise on booking that we had to pay for our electricity and future cleaning which I assumed was all inclusive of price but then again I haven't stayed in a villa for some time and this may be normal now.

Family holiday.

The villa was very clean, the pool a good size but in need of some tlc as some of the tiles were missing. We arrived after 10pm on a Saturday so found it very hard to get water, bread, milk etc as all the supermarkets were closed and didn't open until Monday. Check in was straight forward when our transfer finally found the adress., but check out was a bit stressful as our lick up wasn't until 12pm and we had to vacate at 10am, but was able to leave our suitcases at the propety. Bars and restaurants 5min walk up a steep hill, or 10/15 mins walk on a much flatter path. Aldi supermarket straight across the road. A very enjoyable holiday. 4 generations from 83 to 2yrs.
