Este condominio está ubicado en East Gunsight Drive en Fountain Hills. A esto lo llamo una suite de hotel glorificada con piscina privada. Perfecto para el pájaro de nieve o una pareja. Tiene una gran vista de las montañas y también cuando la fuente se apaga en el centro de la ciudad. Alfombras nuevas, pintura nueva y un ambiente muy acogedor y contemporáneo. Este es un condominio privado muy agradable con un piso, por lo que no hay que subir y bajar escaleras ni pisotear por encima. Los vecinos de la próxima tienda no hacen mucho ruido, si es que hay alguno, y todos son súper amables.

Totalmente amueblado. Todas las comodidades del hogar, incluida una cocina totalmente equipada, así como una buena selección de toallas, almohadas y ropa de cama de primera línea.

Este condominio es perfecto para esa escapada de invierno, retiro de verano o viaje de negocios. Hay 3 áreas de piscina en este pequeño complejo y la piscina más cercana está a solo unos pasos. El área de la piscina tiene mesas y sillas al aire libre para su uso. Las piscinas no tienen calefacción.

Céntricamente ubicado a 2 cuadras de la famosa Plaza de la Fuente. Tiendas y restaurantes a solo unos minutos. 2 millas del campo de golf Desert Canyon con muchos otros cursos cerca. Robo. McDowell Casino y Scottsdale están a menos de 10 minutos de excelentes restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento. Mayo Clinc también está a solo 10 minutos en coche. Good clean room very convenient to shops. Only issue was the mattress and bed frame. M attress felt like it had a dip in the middle and the frame squeaked everytime one changed positions.

Everything we needed and more

We were very impressed with this apartment. It was clean, well maintained and amazingly stocked with everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. The appliances are new and the bed is very comfortable. Everything worked with ease and the host was available if we had any questions. Neighborhood was very quiet and well kept and parking was available both in an off street carport and on the street. We highly recommend this property.

Disappointed in condo

Condo needed major renovation. No toaster, no can opener, not enough silverware for adults, not enough washcloths. Carpeting quite dirty. Glad to have had a washer and dryer in condo, however washer emptied into the shower through an open pipe in wall! The pictures of the condo were vastly misleading.

Hello and thank you for staying. As mentioned the carpet was not dirty but stained (steam cleaned this season) from heavy traffic in main entrance walkway. Also as mentioned, renovations are now taking place but did not want to cancel anyone's reservation this year for any inconvenience. There were plenty of towels enough for a family of 10 and also silverware to match. (34 positive reviews before this including the stay before yours tells the story) Unfortunately due to past abuse and almost a fire, we removed the toaster but thank you for purchasing another and leaving it there.

Nice location but needs TLC

Size of unit was good and nice pool area. Carpets vacuumed but lots of stains. Providing a couple pods of coffee for first morning and more towels would be a nice and inexpensive gesture. Location is the best part of this place. Lovely walk around lake and restaurants nearby.

Simple, Beautiful, Quiet and Cozy

As the title says, this apartment is all that. A few things are a bit outdated but personally, I found this place derives a lot of its charm from that. Everything was clean and professional. The owner's responses were quick, cordial and informative. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal - whether simple or elaborate. A few staple condiments would have been a nice plus, but certainly the absence of them was not a big deal. I would totally stay there again!
