Beautiful home away from home. Spacious, convenient, and the patio was a wonderful place to gather for meals. The property manager was super responsive when we ran into an issue with one of the appliances and sent a repair man out right away.

Vacationing with our adult children

We loved our stay and the golf cart rental. Plusses include the lagoons, market place, separate bedrooms for alone time, the community was beautiful and felt very safe. The food and grocery locations are very convenient, as well.

Clean and Pristine!

Loved it! The house was in impeccable condition - all rooms were clean and comfortable, and bigger than the photos suggested! Beach chairs and cooler were well-maintained, bedroom closets were huge, and the king suite with full bath was a luxurious space. Felt like a 5-star resort at a fraction of the cost! The neighborhood is quiet and neatly landscaped with plumeria trees - it was a joy to return ‘home’ after long days of sightseeing. Location was convenient to the Ko Olina Center for quick trips to the market and good dining options for local dinners out. The host was communicative and provided all necessary info for a smooth check in and check out. Overall a great experience!! 5 stars, highly recommend!!

Fabulous Trip

We had a wonderful vacation and this location was perfect. Close to food, shops and most importantly the beach. Grocery stores, Target and more stores are within 20 minutes drive. The host was great to work with and responded very quickly with a few minor issues we identified. Would like to see furniture updated in the family room as couch sits low and pillows have lost their firmness and offer no support. There is plenty of utensils and appliances should you want to cook, although we only used the toaster and Keurig coffee maker.. We would definitely consider staying here again should we return to Hawaii again.Regards,JJones

Dream vacation

This condo was a perfect choice. It was clean, communication was always a quick response, the location is in a very nice area with beaches, shopping and restaurants close by. Walking thru the neighborhood made me feel like I belonged with any of the neighbors I ran in to being so friendly and helpful. I plan on returning here. After staying here I may never stay in a hotel again!

Great stay!

Overall we had a great experience staying here. The place was exactly as described and very clean. Some of the mattresses were pretty uncomfortable (the king bed was fine). Quiet hours were strictly enforced by neighbors (ie no laughter on back porch after 9 PM). It was too far to walk with beach gear to the lagoons but if you drive over first thing in the morning you can get a parking spot. Highly recommend a character breakfast at the Disney resort if you have little ones!

Clean house and nice location

The house was great. Kitchen could have been better equipped. There wasn't a cutting board for example. Also would have been nice to have a hose available but other than that, no complaints

Pearl City Girl Returning to the Aina

Awesome time. I've stayed in a couple of these townhomes in Ko'olina Golf estates when I return home to Hawaii from the mainland and this one did not disappoint. Lenny was cool and the place had everything we needed. We have 4 kids so having everything means a lot. We even left a bunch of beach toys, mats and a boogie board for future guest. Granted the property already had a lot of those items. Was skeptical about the review that said there was not enough dishes etc. Because it wasn't true at all. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be welcomed in the future! 😊🌺🌴🐬

Amazing stay in amazing location

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property and all those involved with it. This is my first time using Vrbo so I was a little nervous, but the manager was so helpful throughout the whole process. Before the trip even happened I adjusted the dates twice, and they adjusted it no problem and never even complained. Upon arrival check-in was very smooth, and there were so many things within that location that they had already provided, such as towels, soap and shampoo, and so many other amenities that I was so grateful for. The property itself is beautiful, everything was kept super clean, even my mother-in-law who is wary of Home rental type situation was very pleased. We even had one situation where there was a slight leak coming from the air conditioning, and they sent people over immediately to fix the problem and it all went very smoothly. The house itself is in a wonderful location surrounded by all the best Resorts, which made it so easy for us to get to places that we needed to be. Overall I can’t recommend this location and it’s property management team enough, and I hope to be back soon!

The Property was better than expected

The property was better than expected. Beds were very comfortable and the sheets were nice. There was a garage door opener and key fob for the pool area in a dish on the counter when we walked in. There are beach things like chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards in the closet on the porch. I did not know that until the second or third day because I assumed it would be locked. The tv's were smart so we were able to log in and watch the same services we use at home. Other guests who stay here should make more of an effort not to put sandy things in the washer or dryer. Guests are going to break these appliances. When we checked in both were very clogged with sand and I wish I could have done more to get it out. I shake everything outside and rinse especially sandy stuff before bringing it in to clean and suggest other people do the same. We would stay here again. It was lovely. Very quiet neighborhood and in a resort area so people are used to temporary neighbors. Trash came twice a week which was also nice.

The property interior was well kept. Exterior, out of five stars, I would rate 3.5. The driveway and home could use a pressure washing job. There was confusion regarding putting the trash containers on the curb. The containers were not large enough to hold the garbage, which left us conflicted. Shopping areas nearby were great. The host responded as expected when contacted. I would recommend replacing the TV remote controls.

Nice, quiet property!

This property was exactly as described. It was spotless and comfortable and a great location to hit some nice lagoons. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood. I hope to visit again and would definitely stay here.

Quiet place

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was perfect for our family and my parents, quiet, clean and not overcrowded. If you are looking for a place to rest, this will be perfect for you. But if you want a real beach feeling, you may not like it so much. The lagoons were nice, but didn't feel like a beach, which wasn't an issue because only my daughter and I like the water. It wasn't crowded at all on the week we stayed. The condo was well equipped with all we needed, there are grocery stores and restaurants within a 10 min drive, we had half of our meals at the condo. Beds were really comfortable, I usually don't sleep well in hotels and I felt like I was home. The best part about the condo for me was how clean it was, please keep the good work in keeping the place like this and you won't have problems renting it out! Plus they have central A/C!!! We definitely recommend the condo and would stay there again.

Great location

Accommodates 6 people, but only 3 plates, no kettle, few cooking spoons etc, seating for 4 people in lounge and 4 people on verandah to eat, so cannot eat together. Lighting in 3 rd bedroom very dim. No basics in kitchen like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee etc, for people traveling from overseas like us. Not sufficient toilet paper too. We were not informed that we could use the swimming pool in complex, or that there was one.! We were expected to wash our own linen and dry them, but we were unable to, as we had an early flight, and had to leave the house by 4.00 am.

Very central and nice site ( only thing is the neighborhood)

The town of Kopolei is very central if you projected to explore the whole Island . Nices lagoons near on ( specially #4) But on Ko' onlina, your immediate neighborhood don't appreciate the short term renters and you have to be very cautious about that.

Quaint rental unit

We were given the contact information for the property manager who I immediately texted and told him that we would be ready for check in at 4 o’clock. The owners email stated that we needed to meet with the property manager upon check-in to go over the House rules so I insured that we would be checking in at 4 o’clock. After two hours of waiting no one showed up so we carried on with our evening. There was one small piece of paper regarding house rules that basically spoke about the garbage and the noise level. Initially we were unable to find the full key and reports disappointed that we were not able to swim our first evening. I called and texted both the property manager and the owner asking about the pool key since it was not listed on the check in paperwork however we did not get any response back until the next afternoon which by then we had found The pool key hanging on the banana Hammock. The rooms were decent sized with ample room for us for adults and one child. The television remotes were a little bit complicated so if you’re not technologically savvy you may come across some difficulties using the televisions. The neighborhood was quaint but be forewarned that if you have two vehicles make sure they are smaller cars as we rented an SUV and it was too large to fit into the garage. The home was not as close to the beach as we assumed. It was exactly a 1 mile walk to the beach which was fine if you don’t mind carrying all the stuff with you as parking fills up early in the morning. Plenty pool toys and Snorkel equipment or available at the house for use. The complex community pool was very nice and well-maintained. In the description of the house it mentioned having breakfast on the patio with visions of palm trees and mountains however the 6 foot enclosed white fencing deterred seeing anything other than the backyard of the neighboring townhouse. A few minor bumps in our stay but overall was a very pleasant stay and for the comfort and price I would recommend this rental!!

Perfect for families

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well located, close to the beach and Many tourist sites. Very well equipped with beach accessories, comfortable furnishings, a decently equipped kitchen and more. Would recommend/stay again.

Great Condo, Great Location

This condo suited all our needs. We were a family of 4 with 2 young children. The kids were very happy they had Netflix on 2 of the TV's. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed as we had a majority of our breakfasts and suppers in the condo. The beds were all very comfortable and it was great to be able to park in the garage. We used the pool a few times and it was great! Being close to the 4 lagoons made our days really easy. Although you do have to get there early to get a parking spot. We are early risers so it was fine for us. But no later than 9 am would be our suggestion. It was a close drive (5-10 min) to Kapolei to go to Target, Costco, McDonalds, Starbucks etc. We also tried Monkey Pod and Island Vintage Coffee which is a 2 min drive, both great. We would definitely like to come back and stay at the condo.
