¡Aquí está! Nuestro hogar para que usted y su familia disfruten enclavado en la comunidad amistosa y en buen estado de Johnson Ranch. Nuestra casa regresa al hoyo 10 del campo de golf Johnson Ranch 72 par público. Destacado es un 3 dormitorios con una sala de estar que tiene una cama de matrimonio y dos baños. Suficiente espacio para acomodar a 8 personas. Rancher sin escalones para escalar, todo amueblado, con piscina privada. Observe a los golfistas pasar de la terraza de la nueva piscina privada ... o si prefiere conocer a nuevos amigos, puede usar 1 de las 3 piscinas comunitarias y parques infantiles. Hay varios restaurantes y tiendas en minutos. A poca distancia en coche se encuentra el centro comercial Queen Creek para los compradores más serios. Golf en el rancho Johnson para un excelente recorrido a pocos minutos de nuestra casa. Hay muchas otras opciones en un trayecto de 20 minutos. ¡Esperamos que disfrute de nuestra escapada tanto como nosotros!

Great Hosts, Great Location, Great Time!

Had a wonderful stay Feb 5-12. Requested the pool be heated and it was!!! Hot tub was awesome too. Dave was available at all times and the home was neat as a pin. Neighbors were fantastic and even gave us some grapefruit fresh from their tree to enjoy. Location is close to shopping, dining and GOLF!!! Very quiet neighborhood which we loved.

Great place and location

We really enjoyed our stay. It is not a far drive to golfing, shopping and phoenix mesa gateway airport. The pool was nicely heated and we spent most of our time enjoying the back yard. The neighbors are friendly and we really enjoyed Taco a Tuesday and BBQ Friday evenings at the golf club. Great communication with the hosts.

Excellent place to stay

We had Stayed 3 weeks at this beautiful place. The place was well maintained and was stock with everything you can think of in the kitchen. The place was clean. The pool can be heated along with the hot tub. We all enjoyed the pool area. The property owner Dave was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had in a very short time. I felt very safe walking around in the neighborhood. Its a great place to stay and we would definitely book this place again.

San Tan Valley Getaway

The property was as described .. great house and a great location. Clean and well set up for guests. The Hosts were excellent communicators, and responsive to any questions or needs we had. The pool was in great shape and we used it a lot during the heat wave. We would highly recommend this property.

Grandson and Golf Time

Wonderful place with all the comforts of home. We loved the pool and the close proximity to golf. We were in town for the birth of our grandson and made good use of the grill and fully stocked kitchen to take meals over to the new parents each night. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place, great hosts!

We stayed for a one month period in January 2025. We had multiple age groups staying with us first two weeks. We all enjoyed time in the heated pool/hottub. The whole entire house is fully stocked other than what you want to eat/cook during your stay. Super close to stores, restaurants, airport and the golf course is excellent! Our hosts were easy to contact before and throughout our whole stay. Neighbors super nice. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Fantastic Home!!

We loved our stay here! The home was very well appointed, cozy and the beds were very comfortable. It was perfect for our family, the location, cleanliness, linens, kitchen items, etc….the owners thought of everything! The backyard is so peaceful and beautiful, and we enjoyed the hot tub. The owners are very friendly and super accommodating. We didn’t need anything during our stay, but they made sure we had good contact information in the event we needed them! Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Quiet house on the golf course

We stayed at Dave and Lauralee’s home at the end of January. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbours very friendly. The house was very well equipped for all of our needs. The backyard was an oasis and the sun filled the backyard for most of the day, making it nice and warm. The house was located within walking distance of the golf club, where taco Tuesday and Friday barbecue night is a must! We are looking forward to staying here again!

Loved Our Stay!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 for 10 days. We loved everything about it! The private pool and hot tub were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard fire pit and landscaping, my favorite was the vibrant purple cactus. The house was very well stocked with plenty of pool floats, towels and even sunblock. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, including all kinds of spices and a great coffee bar. The big living room couch was so comfortable and perfect for family movie night. The owner of this home was so easy to communicate with and gave us great advice on where to explore, hike and eat. The amenities within the development were wonderful and we loved the Friday night BBQ dinner and live music, as well as the pickleball courts. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe. We will most definitely be back to this home again!

San Tan Valley Stay

Very nice property in a nice neighborhood on the golf course. Listed as a 4 Bedroom but only had 3. Three was all we needed though. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and listening to all the birds singing around the back patio. Stated that it is wheelchair accessible but the threshold into and out of the house was large enough that we had to stack wood strips and then went and bought RV stacking levelers to get the wheelchair in and out. Despite that, we had a great time. The house was well maintained and supplied with all you would need. We enjoyed our stay.

Family Fun In the Valley of the Sun!

Amazing property for a fun, relaxing get away with family. This home is appointed wonderfully with anything one could need to feel comfortable. The owners were amazing hosts and responded to any questions promptly with care, professionalism and kindness. We will both recommend to others and stay at this home again.

Backyard Splendor

Where do I start with how amazing this stay was? The back yard is an absolute haven. Pool, hot tub, fire pit, party lights and the afternoon/evening sun - it just doesn't get any better than that! The inside of the home is so clean and comfortable, and if you need it don't worry just keep looking and you'll find it! The neighborhood is super quiet and we really enjoyed taking long walks all throughout the area. Dave was super great with communications and really helped us out with some oversights on our part. Couldn't have asked for anything more and we can't wait to return. :-)

Amazing Getaway to see my Granddaughter

We had such a wonderful time at Lauralee & Dave's lovely home. We mostly just stayed at the house and enjoyed the pool/ hot tub and the beautiful scenery. The yard looks amazing and there are so many different birds to see and listen to out back. Everything you need is there and they answered all my questions. I highly recommend this home. Perfect Accomodations!!

Very comfortable accomodations and the owner was readily available to answer the couple of questions we had! The property is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to groceries, a drugstore, fast food and restaurants as well as tourist attractions. The backyard is quiet, well-kept and on a golf course!

Brothers Arizona Trip

My two brothers and our Father with his brother all stayed here and had a great time. The house and Dave(owner) have exceed all expectations. Plenty of room for all and the back patio was a popular spot. We would definitely stay again.
