Pureserviced has been providing quality luxury short term rental properties in the ocean city of Plymouth for five years, with most of our properties being very close to the water.
As a family business we are very conscious of ensuring all our guests have a safe and comfortable stay during their time with us.
We employ our own team of guest relations staff, housekeepers and maintenance to ensure that the quality of our properties is maintained to a high standard.
Tamar View by Pureserviced is Located near Royal William Yard with Plymouth Hoe nearby, the apartments at Pureserviced feature accommodation with free Wi-Fi.
The apartments are just a 10-minute walk from The Drake Circus shopping centre and the historical Barbican, offering views of the marina and sea.
This is a 2-bedroom property and has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, kettle, and a toaster. The bathrooms feature showers and free toiletries.
The Crow's Nest can be accessed from the seaside entrance and carpark at the rear of the building - if you have a parking space then the rear entrance would be more convenient. This will take you from the lower ground floor, past the laundry area, up the stairs to the 3rd floor.
If you arrive by taxi the front door opposite the Royal Marine Barracks would be the better entrance to access via the ground floor.
A stone’s throw from the Royal William Yard, Our Durnford Street property consists of 6 newly renovated properties, all of which include fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and living areas with Smart Tv’s.
The building also boasts super-fast Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and a communal courtyard area.
58 Durnford St is stone’s throw away from the famous Royal William Yard.
Close to the seafront and easy access to the city centre.
These properties are perfect for couples and families.
The train station is just a short taxi-ride from the house AND Plymouth has a new bus station. The number 34 (a) bus runs from the City Centre every 15 minutes and stops very near to the house. Be careful not to miss the stop or you could end up at a bar in the Royal William Yard!
The RWY runs a ferry from April - October to the old town of Plymouth; the Barbican.
The apartments are fully soundproof but as in all homes and houses we would ask for some consideration towards neighbours when entering the building - particularly in the twilight hours of 10pm - 8am.
