Este hermoso rancho de 50 acres tiene un arroyo cristalino alimentado por manantiales que es ideal para nadar por la tarde o pescar y pescar de forma espectacular. Awesome Views

The location is close to several different towns to go do things and eat lots of different foods. Then when you are done you can go back and relax inside or outside the house with all the beautiful views and things to do around there.

amazing views

My wife and two daughters had a great time. The house has spectacular views of the hills with large windows facing the sunset. We enjoyed fishing at the creek, grilling, and relaxing in the hot tub at night. Nearby Boerne has several good restaurants and we visited A Cave Without a Name. The only thing we needed to do was buy a pack of playing cards, which we left at the house for future visitors. The owners were very kind & responsive. I would definitely book again, especially if we get some much needed rainfall.

Amazing!!!!

Bluff house was perfect for our family! The views were amazing and the home was well stocked with everything we needed. Kids loved the hot tub and s’mores from the outdoor fire pit. If you’re looking for a peaceful weekend getaway that’s close to Boerne and Bandera, this is your place! Highly recommend !!!

Relaxation

We came here for the intent of not doing anything, yes it was hot but we are from Houston and it’s a different kind of heat there we were able to hang out outside all day or in the hot tub.The views you get from the hot tub you can’t get anywhere else.

Amazing view and location

My family of five absolutely loved this home. The views were amazing. We loved the hot tub and the beds were comfy. The location was perfect to neighboring towns. The kitchen had just what we needed as well and we loved walking the grounds. The only thing to note is that there aren’t ceilings for the living room and bedrooms, like a loft, so be aware of that with kids. We all went to bed at the same time so it worked for us! We would love to come back!

Pretty decent property.

To start, the view is to die for. Though the house was slightly outdated and there wasnt much privacy between rooms (both were loft-like), we really enjoyed our stay. Owner communication was great. They were very friendly and responsive.

Women's Weekend

This house blew us away. Never before had any of us stayed in a place with so many amenities. It's comfy, it's giant, it's peaceful, it's lovely. The location was quiet and secluded, but in close enough proximity to Boerne and Bandera. Thanks Spencer!

Loved our time here!

Beautiful location and very comfortable stay. We were sad the hot tub was not ready for immediate use upon arrival, and we did have issues with the hot tub thermostat as it did not seem to be accurate. However, we worked around that and had a fantastic time at Pipe Creek 🤗

This was just what our family needed. Peaceful, beautiful view, fishing, kayaking, and time together away from the typical busy life. The ping pong table was a hit with our competitiveness 😆! We would love to come back!

Perfect Getaway

The property was amazing and perfectly situated. Far enough and secluded but close enough to town to replenish our food needs. Also Bourne was such a cool little town to visit. Views were amazing and we were able to relax and reset ourselves. Loved it!!

Not Pet Friendly

During initial communication, I indicated that I was bringing our cat. There was no objection to this. After our arrival, we went to dinner. When we returned, we realized that the attic wasn’t closed off and our cat was in there. It was an open and exposed space. There was no way to keep her out of there. The next morning she came down covered in insulation. We packed up and asked for a refund on the remaining charges. Spencer denied this saying that cats are not allowed. I told him that this is not stated in the Vrbo listing. So we took the monetary hit.

Country setting close to town

Excellent property! It’s an awesome place to unplug and unwind. Great deck with a view and a hot tub to finish the day with a good soak. Oh, the private fishing spot is really, really awesome.

Fabulous Family Getaway

everything kids will love...feeding horses, hiking, swimming in the creek, kayaking, swimming in the jacuzzi, ping pong, homemade meals, and great cuddle time in the open kitchen/family room layout watching movies together! Just what we needed!

Relaxing getaway in the Hill Country

Our family of four had a wonderful getaway to this lovely home. The Hill Country breezes kept us cool and the mosquitoes away. Janice and her fiancee were very accommodating and helpful. We had a fantastic time. We enjoyed the creek and were able to fish, swim, and kayak. We highly recommend this property. Our only caveat is that the house is one of 4 located on the 55-acre property and the creek is shared. It was never a problem for us but I imagine if all 4 houses are fully rented there may be some time when its hard to physically distance on the dock. That being said we enjoyed our time there and would recommend it.

Beautiful hill country property

The local "creek" is down the hill (not on the property) , and is very pretty but it is a lake not a flowing river so the water isn't anything like the Frio river, for example. Other than that, everything was very nice.

Great place to spend a relaxing week

We really enjoyed our shelter in “another” place vacation. Teenage boys enjoyed the kayaks and ping pong. Two small dogs had vacation of their dreams. Nightly grilling and camp fire were a great family experience.

Weekend getaway

Stayed here for a short weekend getaway and absolutely loved the property. Plenty of room for family and pets. Great views, very clean place and an awesome hot tub. Property was just a short drive to Boerne where we got a chance to do some shopping before coming back home to a quiet and relaxing hill country evening.
