Bandera/Pipe Creek House on Medina River-Large Deck with beautiful view

This house is our little piece of heaven. Enjoy coffee in the morning on the large deck and watch the birds and deer come to feed. Plenty of room to walk around on the property and spend some time on the lower level with gorgeous tree canopy. Access to Medina River for hiking, fishing, soaking, and kayaking. Living room offers a futon bed and TV. The first bedroom has a queen bed and TV in the room, the second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds - full on bottom and twin on top- with TV in the room. Two baths - one stand up shower and the other a tub/shower combo. Kitchen includes plenty of items that you would have at your own home for cooking/serving/eating. There is also a propane griddle and a charcoal/wood burning BBQ pit available for your outside use.

This cozy cabin is in our Top 5! We can not wait to visit again. Yes, this cabin has everything you forgot to pack. Owner responded immediately when needed. We enjoyed the property. It was exactly as listed. My only complaint is that grass needed to be mowed. That was the reason for a 3 star rating on cleanliness.

This is just a surpurb little property. The outdoor area is relaxing and perfect for small gatherings. The home is well stocked amd very likely to have whatever you may have forgotten. The hosts are responsive and attentive. Our next graduation trip will likely bring us right back to this comfy little home.

Place was absolutely beautiful. Beds were a bit squeaky when you rolled over but all in all, couldnt have asked for a more relaxing stay! Will definitely stay there again!!!

Perfect getaway home.

Everything was beyond our expectations for our stay!!! Check in was a breeze no problems. House was very clean, welcoming, cozy, & felt homey. Supplies fully stocked which was very appreciated! Thankful for the extra fans for us fan sleepers at night & a cooling ac!!!! We enjoyed most of our mornings & evenings on the deck. The view was beautiful!!! Watching the deer, star gazing, & enjoying the birds sing while eating breakfast! My 6yr old granddaughter enjoyed all the board games provided & kept us busy on our down time. The walk down to the river was a challenge we enjoyed!! Everything was absolutely fantastic with our stay! Host was very communicative & easy to get ahold of any questions! We definitely look forward to staying here again when visiting the area!! Thank you Brown’s our perfect stay & making it a cozy, relaxing, mind resetting getaway!!

Great Views!

What a fantastic place! Very clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The views on the deck in the back are beautiful with wine in the evening and coffee in the morning. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely cottage in hill country

Our family of five stayed here over Christmas. The house is well stocked and comfortable. The deck is a-mazing!! And the walk down to the river is really lovely. Greeted by deer in the morning and early evening. We had a terrific time hanging out on the deck, by the river, and still close to Bandera, Boerne and San Antonio. Suzette was the perfect host and super communicative. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Quiet and Peaceful

As soon as we walked it, the house was cooled and felt so comfortable. We headed to the back to see the deck area, and even better than the pictures so beautiful. Everything we needed was available. Such a perfect getaway.

Beautiful Hill Country Views

This property had views that were magnificent! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and time by the river. This was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in and was outfitted with everything we could have ever imagined. Certainly, a place we would return to in the future.

Suzette was a great and helpful hostess. The home and all of the amenities were just as advertised. I was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was with everything I could have possibly needed for meal preparation. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Birthday Fishing Trip

We booked this beautiful property for my son's 11th birthday. He loves the country and wanted to try to fish for his first time. From the moment we walked in we felt comfortable and at home The house is the perfect distance from the road in my opinion and is very cozy, inviting and extremely well stocked with everything you could need. From kitchen ware to face wash, a first aid section including poison oak medicine to Benadryl. I work in pharmacy and was thoroughly impressed! The house was cool, clean, and so comfortable and quaint Honestly the best part was the INCREDIBLE dec! It is gorgeous with ceiling fans, plenty of seating including a picnic table, ceiling fans, a fridge outside, a huge utility fan as well,and breathtaking views.The house also included some pleasant unlisted accomadations like plenty of fun boardgames and an XBox along with satellite cable. The walk down to the river was steep just down the hill, but absolutely worth every step! Oh and my son caught his first fish on his first cast! We were SO elated! He caught a total of seven fish! The hostess, Suzette, was very communicative and extremely sweet and easy to work with. we truly could not ask for more! We will definitely be back to rent this beautiful property! The house so

Perfect Location

This home was perfectly situated between my sister's house and the HS my nephew was graduating from. It was a perfect central location for us. The location would be perfect for a secluded weekend getaway under different circumstances. I have stayed in a few places and this one felt most like a home. So welcoming and warm.

We felt so at home for our Spring Break stay. Remote enough to feel like you’re “in nature” but easy drive to Bandera or Boerne for restaurants & shops. Beautiful views from the deck. Very peaceful!

Perfect for a quiet get away

We spent 2 nights over the Christmas holiday and enjoyed every minute. Check in and out could not have been easier, the host is super responsive and the property is well stocked with anything you may have forgotten to bring with you. We made a full Christmas dinner for 4 in the kitchen and loved the sunsets each night on the huge back deck. The area is so quiet and the deer come right up to the house throughout the day and night. The walk down to the creek through the cleaned and cleared woods was fun as it is a very steep hill. All around great property and we were happy to have to opportunity to enjoy it over the holiday.

Nice Place in the Countryside

We enjoyed the peace and quiet with lots of trees and a great view from the back deck. The home was clean and well-stocked with appliances, utensils and supplies. We stayed there when it was cold, in the low 40s at night. The walk to the creek was nice. Great place for family time and home-cooked meals.

Our Happy Place!

This was our second stay at this property, and we can’t wait to go back again! Clean, comfortable, well-furnished, peaceful, relaxing, BEAUTIFUL. The whole family loves being here and we’re always sad to leave. Can’t say enough good things about the hosts or the home!

Great little cabin

This is a great place to just be away from the city and have the whole family together. During the day they enjoyed playing in the spacious yard, there’s plenty of board games for after dark. Too bad the water level was merely a trickle. They also enjoyed watching the birds and the deer, even the teens participated in the activities!! We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Definitely will be back!!

Cozy home

Toys/games, deers and birds, views in the day and stars at night. So very relaxing we couldn't get enough of the outside back porch,kids and adults enjoyed it and would rent it again.

Beautiful walk

Check in process was easy and the property is great. The deck is amazing and the view wow; we spent the whole time on the deck. I enjoyed the walk every day I was there. Suzette is a great host! Thank you!

My husband and I purchased this home in 2017 for a get away place and love spending time here. We thought we would put it on VRBO so others could enjoy it as well. It is a great area with lots to do.

This property is located on the Medina River which offers some great hiking, scenery, and wildlife to observe. You can also sit in the river and soak up some sun or if you choose, you can also bring your kayak for the river. Several guests have brought their fishing poles to try their luck with the fish in the river.

A short drive to the town of Bandera or Lake Medina. Fiesta Texas is only a 40 minute drive.
