¡Tome el ascensor hasta este condominio de unidad de tercer piso ubicado directamente en las hermosas playas del Golfo de México y vea las impresionantes vistas de las playas de arena blanca desde su propio balcón! Tiene 920 pies cuadrados donde podrá disfrutar de la 1 habitación, junto con una alcoba en el pasillo y 2 baños. Este hermoso condominio tendrá capacidad para 6 personas. Cuenta con pisos de baldosas y alfombras y una sala de estar / comedor que da directamente a su balcón donde puede relajarse y observar las olas. La cocina completamente equipada y actualizada con encimeras de granito será una alegría para entretener. Este condominio también tiene una lavadora / secadora para su comodidad. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Entonces, relájate y disfruta de este condominio frente a la playa que también ofrece una piscina climatizada junto a la playa, un jacuzzi y una zona de parrillas a gas para tu uso.
Este es un condominio para no fumadores. Para reservar debe ser mayor de 25 años o tener un tutor legal que permanezca en la unidad durante toda la estadía.

Great to be on the Gulf

Not all units are updated, but our unit was nice an updated. All units open to the Gulf and had a gorgeous view. This was a great get away for a family of 4.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great condo that was close to everything in Destin and small enough to have plenty of space on the beach during the day. There are things to do all around the area and many places to eat. The condo was very clean and the office staff was very helpful during check in and out. The only complaint I would have for the unit was the lack of pillows (only 2 for king size bed).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at DBC several times over the past few years. I love the location and the staff are always friendly. We were late checking in which was no problem, we were able to get our keys from the lock box then handle paperwork the next morning. The only complaint I have about this stay is the cleanliness of the bathroom. There were several hairs and left over soap scum in the main bedroom shower. We were so tired, we cleaned it ourselves. I did bring it to the staff attention. She offered to have the room recleaned. There were also a lot of large stains in the couch, also made staff aware. The couch was already scheduled to be cleaned, after we were leaving. Other than those minor things, we enjoyed our stay. The small stuff wont stop us from returning in the near future.

We located a congregation to worship with, found Publix grocery, visited Bass Pro Shop, talked with one of the staff about good local seafood and found it, beautiful beach. Great shopping nearby. Enjoyed beach umbrella and chairs provided, enjoyed the pool. My husband and I highly recommend The Beach Club!

We like the convenience of having two bathrooms with each having a shower. Nice accommodations and the entire condo property just had numerous renovations. We always enjoy the beach with the chair & umbrella setup for us every morning. We love the ocean front pool and especially use the lounging area when the beach is too windy or too cool.

We arrived, got our keys—checked in quickly, loaded our belongings on carts provided and proceeded to our favorite place. We opened the door to a bright, cheerful and COOL place! How nice and refreshing.. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again next year.

The Best Time!

Office staff, very pleasant. Had an amazing visit with my brother and sister, who had their own units. Those were just as beautiful. Very happy with our stay. We will definitely be back.

The property is well taken care of and so very close to the beach (you’re not walking forever across the sand to get to your chair like many other buildings can be) staff on site was very helpful as well. We always stay here as it’s so close to everything we need but not nearly as crowded as other buildings can be.

DBC 301 is in a great location, very well maintained, and the staff was helpful from start to finish. The beach service is very convenient and the attendant was so friendly and helpful. I did note a couple things that I wished we had during our stay, definitely not deal breakers! The outside of the building could use an update, a full length mirror somewhere in the condo would be nice, some softer blankets for the living room - we took them off the bunks but they weren't very cozy, and a broom to keep up with sand that inevitably gets tracked in. None of these things will prevent us from coming back but I figure any feedback is helpful. Thank you for sharing this property with us!

Great Stay at Destine Beach Club

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to Destin Beach and staying at Destin Beach Club. We stayed in condo 301 and it was so nice. The condo was so clean, newly updated in 2019 with beautiful furniture. It is an end unit so very quiet. Everyone we saw going to and from the beach was very friendly. The beach is beautiful with its sparkly white sand and emerald water. This is a great location with The Back Porch Restaurant within walking distance. We ate there two nights it was so good. We hope to return to DBC again. I did book direct with DBC Realty and they were so nice in helping to find this condo for us. We did not use the heated pool or hot tub but would on a return visit.
