Ocean Pearl - Destin Gulfgate 0605!

Located right on the beautiful beaches of Destin, this 7th floor newly refreshed 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers breathtaking Gulf views, brand new furniture throughout, and new carpet in both bedrooms. This roomy 1430 sq. foot condo offers a beautiful master bedroom equipped with a king-sized bed, two queen beds in the guest room and for the additional vacationers, a sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bathrooms include a tub/shower combo. This space will include a 30-foot private balcony overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico, free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups,) as well as high speed wireless internet throughout. This condo offers a full-size washer/dryer as well as a separate wet bar complete with an icemaker. Come relax in comfort and enjoy a fabulous view from the condo!

Excellent accomodations

The condo was very clean and appeared to be updated. The furniture was nice and the oceanfront view was amazing! We will definitely stay at this location again when we go back to Destin!

Home away from Home

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. Despite missing a day due to work, checking in was easy, and the uncrowded beach with an umbrella and two chairs was a nice touch. The place was clean, modern, and had stunning views, striking a balance between being close to Destin's attractions and offering a peaceful atmosphere.We appreciated the special touches, easy parking, and my daughter loved the Easter Egg Dash event. Unlike other beachfront properties we've stayed in, this one didn’t have a musty smell. We enjoyed the spacious accommodation, particularly breakfast on the balcony, and the humidifier was a thoughtful addition.

This was our 3rd year in a row staying in the same unit. It was clean and comfortable as always. Destin Gulfgate never disappoints. Can’t wait until next year!

Spring Break Fun

Beautiful view of the Gulf in 605! Had so much fun with my daughter,son in law and 2 grandchildren! Grandchildren loved the Arcade across the street and our Dolphin cruise was only 5 minutes away!

Awesome view

Condo was great. Awesome view with large balcony to accommodate family. Unit was large enough for everyone and didn’t feel cramped. Only a few minor things to improve, fan in master bathroom is loud, and exhaust fan in guest bathroom not working, just a quick fix I’m sure. Other than that, condo was great and will definitely book our next stay here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Destin Gulfgate since 2010. I have probably stayed in 9 or 10 different rentals and this is in my top three favorites. With granddaughters one of my favorite things about this condo was the coffee table with four stools - perfect for children to sit at and eat. I did mention a couple of minor things to the front desk at check out for them to look at but they were more than happy to write them down and check them out before the next guests were to check in.

New furniture on the balcony & the view of the Gulf is spectacular.Swimming pool is heated & the sitting area by the grills is very nice. The Back Porch Seafood restaurant is about 1 block away - great food & drinks. We love it at Destin, have been going there for 25 years - Gulfgate is our place to stay!

Nice condo for a week at the beach

We keep coming back due to the central location, beach views, and low ratio of people to beach - generally we all get a front row! We love the large balconies that overlook the ocean. The Gulfgate staff are very friendly and helpful. This was the first time we rented unit 605. Overall it was clean and nicely decorated but it's starting to look a little worse for wear. One of the sofas had a tear in it and the rug needs to be replaced. The patio furniture needs replacing too - there are many tears in the fabric. We like to cook a lot during our stay and found the kitchen adequate. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are in good working condition. We would stay in this unit again if the outdoor furniture is updated.

Reviewer Comments: My family stayed in room 605 for this visit, only thing I’d say is bathrooms (particularly tub) needs updating but was told that is being done this Fall! Love this place and haven’t been anywhere else since I found it 4 years ago. Location is amazing and the rooms are spacious! Can’t wait to visit again!
