Esta propiedad está ubicada directamente en el Golfo de México, en el corazón de Destin, a poca distancia de las tiendas de Destin Commons y de algunos de los mejores restaurantes de Destin. Esta propiedad está a un corto trayecto en coche del parque de atracciones Track y del parque acuático Big Kahunas.

Este pintoresco complejo de condominios de tres pisos que cuenta con albercas, tejas y parrillas de carbón. La zona de playa incluye más de 300 pies de prístina frente a la playa con un césped del lado del golfo y servicio de playa estacional.

Esta hermosa unidad de 1 dormitorio situado en la planta baja se abre a su propio balcón privado para disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas de la arena blanca y cristalina y hermosas aguas de color verde esmeralda. Puedes caminar a la derecha, a través de las dunas de arena blanca a la playa que parece como su propia playa privada! Last minute get away!

Just as pictured, walk down a set of stairs and you are on the sand. Beach service was definitely a plus. Cannot wait to go back, hopefully this until will be available again! Absolutely perfect!

Lovely view... a few issues...

This condo is in a great location, and you can’t find a better view. Overall the condo is nice. Biggest issue is that if someone is staying above you, it sounds like they’re going to fall through the ceiling any moment. If you are a light sleeper, this will be miserable for you. I’ve lived in apartments before where you can hear people above you, but nothing ever as loud as this was. Only other thing is that I didn’t get to use the coffee pot because the water reservoir was disgusting. It was black, and since the coffee pot is white it really shows. Tried to clean myself, but I couldn’t get it clean. Luckily there is a Starbucks basically across the street. I would stay here again probably because of convenience and that view. Hope this is helpful.
