Bienvenido a este hermoso edificio de condominios de tres pisos ubicado directamente en el Golfo de México. Sal por tu puerta y camina hacia la hermosa playa. Tendrás tu propia playa privada que nunca está llena como los otros condominios de gran altura en el área. Y tendrá dos sillas de playa y una sombrilla esperando su uso personal cada mañana durante los meses de verano. Tome el elevador a este hermoso condominio tipo loft de dos pisos con pisos de baldosas con aspecto de madera y alfombras en las habitaciones. Este condominio completamente actualizado tiene 2 habitaciones con camas king size y 2 baños. Desde la sala de estar / comedor, tiene una vista panorámica de las playas desde su balcón privado con vista al brillante Golfo de México. También tiene un bar muy agradable y un sofá cama. Arriba, el dormitorio principal se abre a un segundo balcón y tiene una bonita zona de estar. El baño principal también se abre a un balcón privado con vista a la ciudad. Tiene su propia lavadora y secadora en el condominio, WIFI gratuito y una cocina totalmente equipada y actualizada con encimeras de granito. Venga a jugar en la piscina climatizada frente a la playa y el hidromasaje o salga a una de las playas más hermosas del mundo.


Este es un condominio para no fumadores. Para reservar debe ser mayor de 25 años o tener un tutor legal que permanezca en la unidad durante toda la estadía.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit needed a few small things. Stopper in tub upstairs and a broom and dustpan. The sofa is worn and stained. Loved the beach though. Front desk person seemed like she was bothered when many people arrived at once. Overall a very good stay.

Amazing View

Outstanding view made our trip a pleasure even though it was too cold to swim. It was great staying in a smaller property, with no crowded elevators or beach front. A few small improvements would be helpful. Beverage pitcher has hole in bottom. Remote control light/fan switches don’t appear to work. TV has four remote controls with no instructions. A binder with guides for guests would be useful.

Also wires exposed in master closet only cover with wire nut. this location in the past has been great, but i think like everyone else they are in need of workers to keep up with pool and grounds maintenance. for the money you pay and the price is going up for 2023 you would expect better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was ok, but poorly appointed. The kitchen is really lacking cooking utensils. The duct work in the kitchen leaked leaving the ceiling wet. 2 sinks wouldn't drain, but maintenance repaired that issue. There were 10 of us staying at Seafarer and we had to borrow many things from 202 (which was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you might need. There was a third condo which was also beautifully done. I would not rent this unit again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and private beach are a major plus. There were several cosmetic deficiencies in our unit. Tissue holders about to fall off, missing or misshapen outlet covers, poorly repaired sheetrock where towel holders and etc had come off the wall. Upstairs bedroom door wouldn’t shut. No extra blankets. Commode handles were coming apart. Very low water pressure.

We were not notified prior to our arrival. The location of the building is wonderful, but there are no toilets near the pool or beach, which means you need to go back to your condo. The condo itself was in need of some minor repairs, toilet roll holders falling off, missing shelving in bathroom. Upstairs carpet quite worn. But this location is wonderful.

Everything we needed was included. The office staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The property's location was great near the Speedway and the Backporch Restaraunt. The condo was very clean. Loved watching the dolphins from the patio every morning. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very disappointed in the rental. At around $700 per night I would have expected much better amenities/quality. There were several cosmetic issues and the following did not work in the condo. The downstairs shower would not transition to the shower head (it was a big inconvenience for 2 adults and 4 children to shower in the upstairs bathroom every day). We tried using it as a bath tub but the drain was extremely slow. We attempted one load of laundry, but the washing machine did not shed water out of our clothes. This required us to air dry them prior to putting them in the dryer The outlet on the balcony looks like a safety hazard and has potentially had an arc flash at some point. We placed a chair in front of it and kept our kids off of the balcony. The elevator also broke down each day we were there. As far as amenities go I expected more from the condo owners. At the price being charged I would think simple things like salt and pepper, some seasoning, dishwasher detergent, and coffee filters could be included.

Great location but unit needs attention

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family visit for 6 days over spring break and was overall satisfied. The location was great and has a private beach feel compared to the neighboring high rise buildings. That said, condo 202 where we stayed looks much better in photos than reality. The furniture and beds were comfortable but to have light fixture just hanging from the ceiling, no outlet covers, missing trim, the downstairs shower that does not work, stained carpets, bad paint job throughout made you feel like you are at a motel 6, not a beachside condo. Several of the other condos had great reviews when discussing with other families. We will stay at this location again just not this specific unit. The grounds, pool and beach were very clean and beach attendant was great. Attention to the detail by the condo owner would go a long way.
