Villa Roja is located at the slope of a hill in the area of Cala Tarida, the beaches of Cala Moli and Cala Tarida are just 5-minute drive, while the other beaches on the west coast that are within 10-minute away, the village of Sant Josep is only 5 minutes by car, Ibiza town and the famous beaches of Salinas and Es Cavallet are 20-minute drive.
The supermarket and other services are only 2 km away.
The villa was built in 2012, it is 360 m2 large enclosed in a 5.000 m2 land, it is bright and spacious and is characterized by a modern style.
The property develops on two levels and all furnishings and equipment are brand new and designed for outmost comfort.

illa Roja can accommodate 10 guests, it has 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
On the main floor there is a spacious and light living room with access to terrace and garden. The living room is equipped with satellite TV and audio system.
The dining room has seating for 10 people, there is a large open plan kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine Nespresso and all useful appliances.
On this level there is the master bedroom with king size bed, en suite bathroom with panoramic bath tub and large walk-in closet. This bedroom has direct access to the main terrace.
Then there is 1 double bedroom with twin beds and access to the terraces and outdoor dining and a bathroom with hydro massage shower.
On the ground floor through a staircase you reach the ample living with games area and bedroom area.
On this level there are: 1 double bedroom with king size bed, 1 double bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and 1 double bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bathroom with shower.
On the exterior the villa boasts spacious fitted terraces facing the sunset, outdoor dining, infinity private swimming pool (8x4 m) and large garden Mediterranean vegetation.
