Welcome to this delightful 3-bedroom home, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. It’s the perfect space for family gatherings or fun get-togethers with friends.

Accommodates up to 08 Guests with 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Bed Configuration: 2 Twin Beds | 1 King Beds | 1 Bunk Bed (Full/Twin) + 1 Twin
The maximum weight limit for the bunk bed is 200 lbs

The Space:
1) TV'S SET UP: Living Room Smart TV 40" / Master Bedroom 1st floor TV 32" / 2nd floor bedrooms (twin) TV 23".

2) INTERNET DETAIL: Provider Spectrum with up to 300mbps speed Wi-Fi. (wireless speeds may vary)

3) PET FRIENDLY: Pet Fee: $250 / per pet (only one allowed and non-refundable). Animal Service and ESA policy: In accordance (four-one-three-zero, nine/ 2022), service animals and Emotional Support Animals are welcomed. A written request is required at the time of reservation. While no documentation is necessary, please note that knowingly misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable, under sections (seven-seven-five-zero-eight-two-zero-eight-three. Stat 2022). To ensure we can best accommodate you, kindly let us know what tsks or work service animal has been trained to perform.

4) EXTRA & CONCIERGE SERVICES: Keep in mind, extra/concierge services are optional and NOT included on the reservation price. For example, but not limited to: Pet fee, early check in, late check out, mid-stay cleanings. Please check prices and availability.

5) BABY ITEMS (complimentary for all stays): Pack n' Play (sheets NOT provided ).

6) Parking right in front of the building, make it even easier to make the most of your time on this self-catering home.

7) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details.

8) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we will do our very best to remedy the situation.

9) Long-term (monthly stays): The community association requires a background check for every adult staying at the property ($100.00/per adult).

10) Community fee $20 per reservation - included in the reservation price already.

11) Guests must provide an email in order to receive the host communication as such as the contract for signature and the check in instructions.

12) The Villas at Seven Dwarfs is a Tow Away Zone and is restricted to private automobiles and passenger-type vans, jeeps and trucks not exceeding three-quarter ton, motorcycles and motor scooters. The following vehicles are not permitted inside this community: Motor Homes, Recreational Vehicles, Buses, Boats, Trailers and Commercial Vehicles.

Guest Access:
The resort's clubhouse amenities are accessible to you for no additional charge during your stay!
Please be aware that the clubhouse administration may charge - optional - additional costs for some activities, such as special events, seasonal activities, the renting of sporting goods, or other activities.
Community fee $20 per reservation.
The property distance to the main clubhouse is: around 4 minutes walking, and 2 minutes by car.

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy a variety of recreation options and exciting activities for all ages including a huge community heated pool with sun deck and hot tub, children's playground, state-of-the-art fitness center, library, children splash pad, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis court, game room with video arcade and billiards. The sport courts and game room are definitely places to you need to check out if you are looking for an exciting day. If you are trying to relax, hop in the hot tub for a calming swim.

Long-term (monthly stays): The community association requires a background check for every adult staying at the property ($100.00/per adult).

Pet Restriction: 01 pet per house & weight limit is 25lbs per pet.

The property distance to the main clubhouse is: around 4 minutes walking.

No commercial vehicles, boats, house trailers, boat trailers, mobile homes, campers or trailers of any description shall be parked in any parking space.
